I’ll be sharing nothing this time. I mean it. I shall be strong! Strong like mouse. Just post a teaser already...I know you've broken ground

Still making some decisions as to the terrain. Lot's to choose from in Iceland. Some ideas are just too much though. Now...if I could raise the entire plot about a hundred and fifty feet without having odd dropoffs around the outside...well that would make it easier.

Trying to figure out if my color palate and scheme and ideas for Israel match there. Not many golf courses there to help as a guide.

Has there been any noise from HB about the possibility of incorporating user-generated objects into the designer in the next version? That would seriously take designing to the next level - I'm thinking like the mods you can get on Cities Skylines rather than relying on the stock in-game objects, which truly allow faithful recreations of real places as well as taking fantasy cities up several gears. Example of a New York building mod that someone created for that game:

Loooking at the half dozen left there is only 2 I wouldn’t particularly like I have ideas for the others . It’s handy for me I know a decent chunk about most countries. Like Monaco been a country 😂

Cities Skylines is great because of the user-created mods, kind of like TGC is great because of the user-created courses.

As a designer, there are MANY basic things I wish they would fix before worrying about introducing moddable items. Jmo... Yeah I get your point - I'd rather they fix chipping in the current game before working on a future version of the game full stop But in an ideal world they'd make the basic fixes and introduce cool new features in the next release, they don't necessarily have to preclude each other!

Well, the designer has some obvious memory issues without anyone being able to use his own objects. I don't want to imagine what might happen if you allow anyone to import anything.... Chaos

Chaos Yeah good point, leaving it open like that would be mental, especially as you know some people will be creating boob greens and penis lighthouses. Hopefully HB just expand their offerings a bit while still keeping everything functional.
