Tens of thousands of courses for just a few bucks is pretty cool actually, not uncool!
Without being disrespectful, bu if that's not worth the money for you, I doubt you are in the right spot here.

I wasn't referring to the value, I was referring to having no idea why I haven't been able to play the course. Its not clear when you try selecting to play the tournament that you need DLC for the ps4, it just gives you what looks like an error message so I though maybe I needed a patch or something for the last couple days.
Just a social note, whenever you have to start a sentence with "without being..." you're about to be just that haha

Yeah it's a highlands course, so yes, DLC would be required. Is that the Seasons update? It only mentions the Tropical and Delta themes for that. Or is there another lot of DLC I should be looking for? |

Yes it's the Seasons DLC, they didn't clearly list all the themes that you get with the DLC but it includes the Tropical theme, Delta theme, and several more including the highlands theme. |

A little bummed I won't be able to participate this week due to the course being DLC required. Does anyone happen to know if the next few weeks are DLC courses or if they're part of the base game?
Is it also possible to get my name withdrawn from the entry list so I won't get a DQ?

You can normally see the upcoming courses (normally at least for 4 weeks; including the theme used) on the main page of your corresponding tour. For example, here's the schedule for the European Tour and the courses being used for that: >>> CLICK <<<As you can see, I already know now what courses will be in use until Week 5. Is that what we need to play this course? it's worth it. opens up the seasons mode in game which basically runs you through all the courses and lets you unlock new 'hardware' plus you get extra clothes etc so in total that means i've paid about £15 (not sure of the USD conversion) for the best golf game i've ever played |

Yeah, I think this needs to be noted on each tournament as you register so you know in advance if you can actually play that week or not. I'm now looking at a couple of DQ's and a ban for not having the DLC... |
