I play practice rounds before starting the tournament, but once I have started the tournament I don't practice as those rounds can sometimes count as your tournament score. |

Don't think I'll do practice rounds again!
Practice I finished even par however I had plenty of chances for birdies. Tournament, despite wind speeds being similar the effect it had on my shots felt completely different. Finished +6 with hardly any chances of birdies.

Yeah I got that bud. My issue was the practice felling completely different from the event. The wind and greens seemed much more difficult on the actual event despite wind speeds being similar. I was getting hammered with the wind in particular. 5-6mph winds angled face on pushing my ball more right than a 11-12mph cross wind. On my practice rounds I was shooting under par and most holes going for birdies. On the even it was a completely different matter. Putting is one of my strong points, especially from distance. It deserted me on the event however I go back onto a hard course and my putting is back again. I'm sure it was the same for everyone playing this game. I started on the easier courses before quickly moving to medium. It wasn't long before a lot of my courses I played were hard with virtually all now being hard or hardest. I was actually a bit taken aback to find the course was medium. I appreciate it's the same for everyone. Just found it really frustrating. I was that hacked off with my scores that I pushed on and completed my rounds. It wasn't until afterwards that I realised I'd done all 4 and there's absolutely no chance of me making the cut  That said, I'm looking forward to getting my teeth into the next one. |

Is there a reason why we had to play such a crappy course, I am stunned how this course actually got selected for our tour while PGA tour plays Trump National Doral and Euro Tour plays Zithobeni. please select better courses for the tours

Hey Doyley.
I registered for valspar after I qualified for February q school. It asked me what system I was on and I selected Xbox one and registered. I am new to the site and tour. I don't know if there was a connection issue or what but I would really like to play if I can. Is there any way I can be put in? I did go ahead and register for these new ones coming up. Sorry for inconvenience.
