PC version.

I updated to the latest drivers and even went to an older BIOS thinking the new one was a problem. I verified the files on Steam as well. It goes to the start screen and then when you hit enter or the A button if using a Xbox controller it flashes a couple of times, then goes black, then goes to the Steam outlay, then freezes to a white screen. I can close the program so I don't need to reboot. Ryzen 1700 and a RX 480 card.
