Didn't really like this course. It would have been much better with out over-sized incredibly square buildings. Anyways I just wanted to get it over with and start practicing for next weeks event.
R1 R2 R3 R4 STROKES 63 67 64 69 263
Total -21
Good luck out there ladies and gents.

I shot an ok number (borderline) and on Sunday of last week on the results page it showed me as making the cut. So then I ended up playing the above course and did better, then kept reloading and didnt see my name. I went back to the previous week and my score dropped below the cut line, so I lost my exemption. Back in CC-D for now again, I've shot -28 this week so I expect to make another exemption. Maybe this time I won't choke with a 70 on Sunday to hopefully keep my card.

The exemption number from last week is really low, like -30+ or so. I was -26 and wasn't even close. This week it will be higher because the course is harder. I ought to know....

Yeah I did not have a great round of golf for the upcoming tournie. Like I stated in another post, I practice Tuesday - Saturday and do my Rounds Sun (1-2) and Monday(3-4). I may take a break this week as I don't seem to be playing a great game. I almost broke my elbow skateboarding 3 weeks ago and I am still feeling it. :/

Well, I played pretty well in the wind in NJ for my first round 66. I was surprised but not sad that we are playing the blue tees. The course does play longer than it's stated yardage so probably a good move.

Ya so my first round was spectacular. 9 under 63. It was late so I came back last night to knock out a couple more rounds. I could not putt to save my life on the front nine.. 3-4 bogeys on both rounds. Ended up saving a little bit on the back to score 66, 67. Hopefully my last round will be low.

Ugh, I saw some really good scores on the board for round two so I figured maybe the wind was down and I had a chance to go low too. Yeah, not so much. The wind was NOT down, and my own course kicked my hiney and I had to birdie 3 of the last 4 to shoot 70.

Well after getting exempted into CC-C R1 was an absolute disaster going +6 so was playing catch up which is never good. Finished -1 after R2 -5 in R3 and started off great in R4 going -6 -11 overall going onto the back 9 but then the wheels come off spectacularly, dropping 7 shots in just a few holes including 2 visits to the water on one hole. I did managed to birdie a few at the end to finish-9 but I doubt I’ll be staying in this division. Also it said Mt. Freedom was easy. Surely that’s wrong. Certainly not what I’d call easy.

The tour version was "easy" while the regular version was "medium." Probably due to the fact that better players played the tour version, while the original was used for an official society event. Who knows. I played terrible for 3 out of 4 rounds. While designing it, I went as low as 62 and that was from the tips. Don't know what happened this week other than I need to accept my strike(s) and move on.

Just had my first round in C at Montecito after receiving an exemption. I will never ever have a round like that again. It was, at least for me the perfect round -13. Pretty much every approach shot was within 10ft and only 22 putts. Every bounce was going my way and releasing right towards the holes.
I have had bad runs before where I keep lip'ing putts out but I've never had it the opposite where every time I catch a corner it drops. Probably had 10putts that could of lipped out but they all fell in.
