This won't really work for the new tour though. It used to be 5 weeks without playing to become inactive, and as soon as you played again you were re-activated with your old Tour Card.
That can't apply to Rocher as there are certain requirements you need to meet to be part of it in the first place
But after the fact of making it to the EGO tour you have to get 5 strikes to be demoted. A DNP won't affect the week to week strikes handed out (it actually can help it a small bit). I don't think that someone who takes the week off should be getting anything against them. A DNF/WD gets a strike, so the inactivity isn't a big issue for me. Perhaps I missed something with this conversation or I'm dense (well I am, but for the sake of this conversation, anyways) and not following. Doyley said that he wants the World Tour filled by ~60 players. If 10 aren't playing at all or for a significant time they block slots for other players. Won't be a problem, if the number of players is flexible.

One thing I started wondering about, is our preferred tour choice in our profiles going to give you an issue? Because obviously mine still says Euro..

I got my world card, I’d expect everyone has got the right card now. If not, contact admin 👍

Got my email not too bothered what tour I'm in, the only thing I didn't like was it said only the world tour was restricted to tour clubs surely all the so called bigger tours should be using tour clubs if not it won't be a level playing field just my thoughts

There is a Ryde Cup at the end of the season on the world tour. How is it played and who can participate? TY, Fred.

There is a Ryde Cup at the end of the season on the world tour. How is it played and who can participate? TY, Fred. The 12 best Europeans and the 12 best Americans. How that will be worked out this time i'm not sure. We had active points lists in 2016 but don't this time (yet) How it works - last time, kind of "fake" matchplay in a Real Ryder Cup format (Fourball, Foursomes, Singles). Everyone plays their rounds and the scorecards are matched up against each other to see who won each hole. Edit: That's if it happens
