So I’ll end up towards the end of the field (+3, E, E, +5), but I can’t wait to get my card and start playing (getting flogged) and learning and growing in the game.

Hey better than me! It was the first time I used Masters clubs (normally play with pro) and I played all my rounds in one sitting. Shot a +9, +6, +6, +3. Practiced over the past few days, spent hours on the range, really trying to dial in the short game and get my tempo consistent on the long shots, got quite a few rounds under me and then played 4 rounds at Kapalua (+2, +2, -6, -1). I probably should have done the practicing before my Q school rounds but Oh well. I’m excited to start (probably in CC-G) and be in for a rude awaking and start growing my game. Looking to fight for some promotion marks! Good luck to you kingy7250i, look forward to trying to compete with you in the future.

I've decided to make a comeback to the tours after a long absence and just played the latest Q-School. I wasn't enjoying the 2019 game at all much as it seemed a bit random and packed it in when real life got in the way but looking forward to getting a card and playing again. Anyway I managed to shoot -3, -1, -6, +1 for a -9 total so we'll see where that lands me, some really impressive scores being put up so far on a great Oak Hill course.

Played Q-school this week and shot -39 with master clubs. How do I work out which tour I will be placed on. Struggling to understand from Scott's original post at the start of the thread as I cannot see an exemption line anywhere?

Looking at Q-School leaderboard shows the tour card you should get (probably already have it as it's usually done about an hour ago)

Cheers Scott, got a euro card. More work to do. Nice shooting Tom, you don't have as much work as I do though

I'm looking at the leaderboards and I know I'll be struggling to get anywhere near the top of it when I go through Q school next week, but I really can't wait to get stuck into this.

Have some good rounds where I feel I can compete back on the pga to a point but then will have an awful one where the swing is all over. Need major improvements to putting and short game and a better understanding of the draw and fade box. Good luck with getting your game back hopefully See you on the same tour at some point.

Just played my first two rounds, the first was -3 which should have been -8 or -9. I missed so many make-able putts.
The second round I was much more clinical on the greens to card -11... including a hole in one on 11! I can't believe how well I've started as I didn't do this well on the practice rounds I played.

You did much better than me, I finished the tournament a couple strokes over par. I really need to work on putting outside of 10 feet and also I'm horrible at chipping.

Chipping is one of the hardest parts of the game for me. It's taken a lot of practice (a full PGA season with 4 rounds each time!) but I feel like I'm getting there now. Watch me shoot +4 or something tonight to ruin last night's effort

Finished my 4 rounds on -29. Went bogey free in the first 3 rounds but dropped two shots in my final round.
I don't know what happened but I seemed to lose my tempo in the final round so that cost me a few shots. I'm happy overall though as I did better than I anticipated! Looking forward to seeing where I end up being placed.

Looks like it's CC-F for me after last week's q-school.
