Being an Aussie based designer, I wish you luck. The current theme / plant mix makes it hard to pull off an authentic Aussie look. Are you going with Delta?

Yes, delta gives me the closest look with the trees and the available coastline.

Played this last night; probably as good at replicating an Aussie coastal course as you can get with the Designer tools.
Nice easy playing layout (CC-Pro to CC-AM I guess); enjoyed my round even though I played pure sh@#$.
Well done ErixonStone.

Extremely solid course. I'm gonna give it an 8/10. I would raise it up to a 9/10 if you flip the nines!

I truly considered this for a while but felt I wanted the first hole to be the opener more than I wanted No. 9 to be the closing hole. Besides, flipping the 9s would make the 17th a par 3 with an island green, fronted by a greenside bunker, surrounded by retaining wall. Stop me if you've seen that hole a million times somewhere.

No, I've never seen that Patrick....
The course is great, I really liked it, IMO your best, even better than the hipster pelican

I get that, but I said this because I thought your current 18th was weaker than your current 9th, and your current 9th finishes at the base of your clubhouse. It just felt like it should be your finisher.

Took a quick spin around Acacia again this afternoon, and it tore me up. LOL I'm not sure what it is, but I only hit 57% of fairways and 65% of greens, and had to birdie the par 5 18th just to finish -1. There's a lot to like about this course, great job Patrick!
