Quick Q-school question. The way I read it is: Sign up on site, and just play the ccpro event. We will not show up as signed up for the event anywhere? Once we play a round our name will then show up on the ccpro leaderboard?

Once we play a round our name will then show up on the ccpro leaderboard? 1. Sign up on site 2. register for q-school (pick system/week you will play) 3. play event in CC-Pro society during same week you registered for q-School 4. no page to see that you're signed up (for now) 5. scores will show up on a Q-School leaderboard (not there yet) Key is you have to register (follow step-by-step - skip step 1 if you already have an account)

Exemptions/promotions still the same? Pro Tour/Challenge Circuit Demotions - 5 strikes will trigger mandatory demotion from your tour/flight - Pro Tours (PGA, Euro, Web) will have a "Double Strike Line" at 145th position on the leaderboard - Challenge Circuit will have "Double Strike Line" at 100th position - everyone that plays at least 1 hole and finishes below the Double Strike Line will receive 2 strikes - this will be in place of max fields going forward - 1 Demotion Strike for missing Cut/Clear Strikes and finishing above Double Strike Line - Demotion Strikes disabled for Special Events, Invite Only, Minor Events and Playoffs - Finish above cutline (pro tours) or Clear Strikes line (Challenge Circuit) to clear strikes - Demotion Strikes will be displayed on leaderboard (colour coded, hover over to display) as well as posted on your player profile page

Thanks Scott! Saw that SwAeromotion, but there was no mention regarding the above. Thanks tho'!

So even though the Q School event is scheduled to start Monday, are we able to play tomorrow (Sunday) and the rounds count towards Q School?

I thought i read the putting rule had been changed back to original....still no chipping even at 100+ ft, golfer should be aware when playing approach shots has this now gone back to allow chipping? Never changed/reverted - 100+ feet is open season this is where i read it so a bit confused still tgctours.proboards.com/thread/1475/chipping-on-greensabove you say +100ft you can chip . policy says you cant
