Right got a cc-b tour card.sweet thanks for that.the way I see it is I play in the cc-pro tour Ben hogan classic at the whitefang with all the the other cc-b tour card holders that show up on my leaderboard.I compete on a week to week basis on which i will be promoted or demoted depending on my performance.at the moment I'm currently playing in 6 different tournaments with 3 sets of different clubs which do not count as I will only be judged on the cc-pro tourney, also I'm reading on the forums that there is opens and comps do I qualify as a cc-b tour card holder......

Seen you on the Xbox leaderboards, congrats on the CC-B card, nice place to start! Yes, you play the CC Pro society, your score should be grabbed on to the CC-B leaderboard. Yes on the week to week bit, although to get demoted requires 3 strikes, earn an exemption and you get the chance to get your card for the next tour up the following week. Other societies/tournaments have no bearing and it doesn't matter what set of clubs you use unless you reach Euro/PGA. Community run events/societies are open to all and independent of the main tours. If you're on about The Opens then you have to qualify to play. Good luck and have fun!

Doyley I don't know if this has been stated but I haven't seen anything about it, how is the end of season going to be handled? I refer to season-long standings across the tours, promotions and so on. thanks again for your hard work

Currently playing Q-School on The Whitefang. Two rounds in I'm -7 tied for 42nd. Assuming I repeat for my next two rounds, what's an estimate of my tour card? Thanks!

It isn't based on where you finish in terms of what place you come in. What matters to you is what score is the "Exemption Line" which is the top 10% (?) of CC-A participants, and how your score compares to that. If the exemption line is -40, then 110% of that is -44, 100% of that is -40, 70% of that is -28, etc

Doyley How are withdrawn players treated, do they get a demotion strike? Suppose I play just a few holes and can't finish. What if I make the cut but can't finish? (Sorry if this has already been stated but I searched this thread and did not find an answer)

(Sorry if this has already been stated but I searched this thread and did not find an answer) All withdrawn players (as soon as you play any holes you are officially in the tournament) will receive 1 strike - including if you make the cut and don't finish. If you don't play a single hole you will be removed from the event (no strikes).

Shouldn't WD players still count towards participants for Exemptions though if they play two crappy rounds and quit?

Hi
Can somebody explain demotion strikes to me?
I finished 4 rounds of 'Lee Carvallo's Putting Challenge' last week, and have picked up 4 demotion strikes.
Thanks in advance

Oh, think i've got it - 5 and i'm out? Five strikes and you are demoted one level. Can only get 2 strikes max per event (if you finished below the double strike line), 1 strike if above double strike line but below demotion strike line. We'll try and get the Demotion Strike/Clear Strike line back on the leaderboards to make it a bit clearer - currently when events end those disappear and is making it a bit confusing to tell where the cutline for getting strikes is. Finish above the clear strikes line to clear all strikes.

I see some players has (S) after their name on the leaderboard. What does that mean?

I see some players has (S) after their name on the leaderboard. What does that mean? They earned an exemption from the tour directly below and have a chance to keep that card with a good enough finish.
