Probably the right decision. Think we might be looking at a restart closer to September? Quite possible - would love to be going before August is out - really depends on the patches hitting consoles as I think we'll have the site ready to go before the patch is out for PS4/XB1 - unless HB submitted a week or two ago before announcing and it pops up in the next day or two. |

So does this mean no DQ's this week? Or will there be at least a letter or such if there is an issue for folks? Not sure at this point - if it's ready to go we'll run it after R4 - otherwise we'll wait until next week's events. WGR rankings and money for exhibition!! Muahahahahaha! You guys will get there, no major hurry. We'll just keep putting up threads you can lock.  |

All players not shooting a -30 after two rounds will be kicked to the curb and forced to drink together in the clubhouse. Then and there we will all resolve all silly issues as a whole and get beyond this silly bickering. At least that's what I read without my glasses on.... |

There could be DQ's due to straight swings. The purpose of that would be to let the people know they are swinging too straight so they may address it before the next tourney. |

Well that was a thoroughly demoralising first tournament. I'm struggling to understand how i was practicing rounds close to par on very hard courses, to suddenly being hugely over par on what was described as an easy course. Just the 50 over across the 4 rounds. That's bottom out of everybody who played on xbox. Now, i was never expecting to be a challenger, but to see the leader sitting on -54 is a bit bewildering. How is anybody possibly making so few errors across 4 rounds? I'll practice some more, but i can see me throwing the towel in after a few tournaments like that. i was like that when I started. Wondered how anyone can shoot so low. I still do wonder sometimes. Difference is now I'm enjoying it and shooting well as I can. I finished -39 for the CCB exhibition tourney and thatvis my absolute limit. Keep working at it you will improve. If you are using Tour clubs then stop. My above scores were with Player clubs and it's just what you should use to learn the game without the frustration of tour clubs kicking your ass. I agree with this. It does eventually click, although I think tgc2's release has helped me a little. I am CC-B also and been struggling to keep up (had 2 demotion strikes forca while). Currently aiming to beat Roy 😉. Need -9 on my final round to tie. I remember when even par was my target and that was a few months ago so don't worry 👍 |
