Was there plans to setup xb1 and ps4 sister societies? That's the hope driverT! I wouldn't ask anybody to go out of their way until this proves to be any kind of success. I'm not wizz at this stuff and I wouldn't know what to do with API if I were ever given access to it anyway, so it would likely be separate leaderboards and stuff like that. No biggie on that front for me, since this is more about showcasing courses than anything else. That said, I wouldn't be opposed in any way to an Xbox or PS4 volunteer who wanted to proactively set up a sister Society.

Big Update: DESIGNER HALL OF FAME SOCIETY Currently sitting at Society Level 4 with 6,050 HB Bucks in the bank. We need 8,000 HB Bucks to upgrade to Level 5. Our membership has grown to 44 individuals representing 7 countries. I'm confident we can continue to grow. I've made some considerable efforts over the past few days to create a support structure around this society that will hopefully attract more and more golfers as time goes on. Details on those efforts will follow. Hopefully you will all agree and help me promote our society and we can achieve long term success. WEBSITE UPDATES
The website got a big clean up on the desktop and mobile end and is looking good on both fronts. I have a solid template in place now. Updates and additions should be a breeze going forward. Still a little too generic looking for my taste. I'm starting to learn how flexible this Wix tool is so there will eventually be some touch ups to bring it up to 2017 standards. Looking a little 2013. The mobile version is pretty slick though. Lacks so features of the main site but I need to figure out how to incorporate them better. The photo gallery has been packed with beautiful new images and now all pics are tagged with the course name, designer and includes a link to their course discovery page. If you see something you like you can add it to your playlist and let the designer know how much you loved it. You must check this out, it's really sharp. Video content is still a little lacking but that library will grow. That's a spot to keep a close eye on because I have some big plans there! DISCUSSION FORUM Probably the biggest news is the addition of our very own discussion forum. Visit the forum , sign up and let's start interacting! HALL OF FAME Nominees are rolling in and the first round of voting should commence soon. We have a few voting members on vacation so there will be a bit of a wait. I have created a simple process for elections and voting so once the founding members have stopped fooling around with weddings and babies, we can get down to business. This will get more and more interesting as the HOF Inducted member list grows and I can't wait to see it play out. ACTIVE EVENT UPDATE Reebdoog - Turu Wero Open (7/3 - 7/9) As we head into the weekend Warhawk137 has a commanding 13 shot lead. It's hard to imagine anybody will be able to catch him over in the next couple days. Final leaderboard, stats, standing, etc. will be posted at the end of the event. Before we head off to Denali though, I will be posting critiques of some of the members avatars that finish near the top. Make sure you wear your Sundays best or you could be in for a roasting! FUTURE SCHEDULING The schedule is clear after the Craycanuck1985 Denali tournament. Then we will switch to the following format for a little more action: Mini-events will be held Monday-Tuesday. These will be 1 round events and I try to have them hosted at some fun venues (Magnolia par 3 course for example). For the time being those purses will be 50/50 to try and raise some funds to level up the society. Main tournaments will start on Wednesday and run through the weekend. 2 Rounds at a top course (4 rounds for major events). At least 80% of those purses will always go to the players. The venue for the 3rd main event has been chosen and will be announced soon. We'll at least try that out and see how it goes. Thank You!

This society looks incredible, and yet, is a great example of everything wrong with how societies work in TGC2. HB has done nothing more than create a way for people to feel left out. As an XB1 user, I can't be in this society, or some other really cool looking groups, so I just get to sit here and read about it while others enjoy.
Best wishes to your society, I'm definitely jealous I can't join. This is a fantastic idea, and you've already selected 5 great ones to lead the way. Good luck!

Fear not my friend, plans for multi-platform are in the works. If you think it looks good now, just wait until I publish the entirely re-designed website! I'm having so much fun with this! I haven't even touched the game today which is a first, lol. TGCTours is a perfect example of how a community can come together and enhance the experience of this game ten fold. Obviously, I will never be able to achieve what has been done here. I personally have never come across a more well organized and better run gaming community than this. I'm targeting a different audience. More of a designer appreciation atmosphere. The new website and forum will hopefully be one of the daily stops for all the TGC addicts like myself. The society will compliment that, but even non-members will find plenty of content to digest. Slow going so far, but it's early days and I'm just 1 dude. I hope the new website, busier tour schedule & some fresh hall of fame inductions will create a little buzz. Even if I fall on my face with this, the amount of cool stuff I've learned was worth it. It's amazing what can be accomplished with some of the tools available for free. That is, if you have zero life like me. Thanks for the best wishes. Hopefully I can iron out the details of x-platform and see you on the leaderboards someday. I just need to find some folks willing to help me out with that and at the same time make it as easy for them as possible. Obviosly not going to trouble anybody if there isn't much interest anyway.

If it still is then there is no way I'm going back to port any of my old stuff. Wany my Kapalua Beta! Know any good hackers that could figure out how to get course files to another platform?

First event is in the books! 52 participants in the inaugural event. Not bad! Thanks everybody! Results: WINNER: Warhawk137 Excellent outfit coordination too. Not many people could pull off a green belt. Here is your prize: Upcoming events: Sorry for the lack of updates. I'm working a revamping the website to take things to a whole new level. Very excited about what's to come and can't wait to go live!

Decided to go in early. My swing was all over the place in round 1, but some crazy saves got me in at -9.
2nd round started off shaky, but I kept away from those pesky fast and slow downswings and kept the ball in play. Was looking real good with 7 straight birdies on the back 9, but ended with 2 bogeys on 17 and 18. That pin on 17 geez. 18 wasn't much easier.
-19 to aim for!

I was chasing you down and had a -8 in round 1, i've finished for the night so i'll attack round 2 tomorrow. Had 3 quite easy opportunities for birdie that I missed, sitting at -11 would have been more comfortable. I'm having so much fun with these societies it's making me re-consider whether I actually want to continue even playing the PGA tour..
