Yeah...figured someone might go with the poutine kinda reply. Coming from the West Coast, I didn't even think about poutine... or gravy and cheese.

My schoolboy sense of humour makes me want to comment.......but I'll leave that for another time of month
Anyways, Fish goes best with Chips/fries. Have been getting some curry/gravy poutine at the local bar lately that is very good, along with a huge soft pretzel and honey mustard sauce.

Hopefully you're not eating when it makes sense.

What is poutine?
My choices would be - Curry Sauce Mayonnaise Simply salt
Garlic Mayonnaise is okay too
