Monday at midnight! Well I'm assuming it will be out then for Xbox.
Be waiting for a long time for this one. Hope it lives up to the hype.

Got a Xbox enforcement notice because I called bluehole a butthole on a club page lol.
Game is good and a lot of fun when it works. They keep messing with the sensitivity settings on the test server and it has been proven that at times it runs better on the OG Xbox than the X. Which makes no sense.

It has been in preview since December I think. 14 patches , numerous client side updates. Still has major issues.
3 steps forward 5 steps back it seems.
As I said it's a lot if fun when it works. Very intense game buy the low FPS , lag , crashes and hit detection makes it very frustrating . Especially if make it to the top 20.
If the X has issues running it I would not expect much better for the PS4.

Have been getting back into playing this. I bought the season pass which gives you something to play for which is cool. Have been playing pretty good lately so I figured I might get a win. Got one today. It's been a while since I won. Grats on that win, that is awesome! Great use of the trees for cover, looked like a standoff there at the end.
I wanna play PUBG because I like it, same reasons you mentioned.
One thing that keeps getting me is the way they give out crates at random, that are locked, and you still have to pay for the key to open it. I mean, c'mon, either don't give those out to people that don't want them, or make it so I can at least grind (even a lot, I don't care) to get the key to open it. To give someone a locked crate, and then say no you gotta pay me to open it, thats just wrong. Thats the only real thing that bugs me.
What do you think of the snow map?

The crates can be really annoying. I have had probably 100 pairs of brown shoes lol. I never paid to open them though not on Xbox. I just use XP from playing the game. The season pass is pretty good. It shows you what you will get. It is like 9 dollars I think.
I like it. I prefer the original map. THat is my favorite. Just like the layout and it has a lot of cover.
The one thing that is bad about the game is the graphics. On the X in 4K on a good TV it looks pretty bad. If you have never seen either game and played this then RDR 2 you would think that PUBG was a PS2 game lol. The game looked much better when the game first came out. They have dumbed it down for performance which is needed.

I was reading the patch notes and reviews for the newest season of PUBG, and there was a VERY interesting tidbit.
Apparently, ...apparently, they have addressed my number one gripe with this game.
Now I have not tried it yet, but according to the wording of what I've read, you can actually get crate keys now, albeit random ones, by playing.
I'm not sure, but you may have to get battlepass, to earn coupons, and you can use those coupons to buy random keys, to open crates.
The reviews on the Wild Card season survivor pass (battle, survivor, whatever they call it) are favorable. You get a lot of different things for the $10. and one of them is doing quests, to earn coupons, which can be spent on keys and other stuff. I may just have to give this a try.
I don't mind at all spending $10 for a pass to have additional stuff in, I mean someone has to get paid to keep these online games running and make new content.
My problem was spending $2.50 for every key to open one individual crate to find something you may or may not want.
I dunno, now that Brandon has decided to leave, maybe someone there with some common sense is actually getting to have a say.
