I am so awesome that I have a mountain named after me, lol... Mt. Kessler is finally here! Of all my courses, this is BY FAR the best (not that it's perfect, but I really love it). I expected this to take a lot longer, but today I caught the design bug, and designed holes 3-9 to finish up... wow! This has also had more planting than any other course, as my meter was starting to turn just a bit pink near the end. For the actual course, I had more fun designing this one. It never felt like a chore. The two nines are completely different, with one relatively flat, and the other nine having a dramatic elevation change on nearly every hole. The green tees play at a par 71 over 6,884 yards, but later on I will set it up from the blacks, which will be less picturesque, but more difficult. Medium fairways and greens, with a green speed somewhere around 140 (not sure exactly what it is though.) I actually have 2 holes that I call signature holes. Hole 13 is a short par 4 in Hannah's Valley (Hannah is my wife) with a narrow fairway and large green. It plays about 26 feet uphill, and you shoot right over it on Hole 14. Hole 17 is a shorter par 3 that travels right through Kessler's Pass, with a view of the Jappalachian Trail (yes, that is a parody of the Appalachian Trail) and BoomBoom's Trailer Park. So you guys decide, which hole do you like more? Also, please give me feedback, I feel like a did a good job, but I want to know what everyone else thinks. Thanks in advance for playing, and good luck!

Well, it's finally up! After deleting a crap ton of lily pads on Hole 1 and grass on hole 15, it finally published. So please, disregard the planting on those two holes lol.... I left my two signature holes unharmed so they are good to go!

Well I actually played with Karma4u, who kicked my ass so royally I need a drink...but anyway: great course! Enjoyed my round - both challenging and fun, and a really beautiful course. The elevation changes were fun and created some very interesting holes. If what Taste predicts is true, then this should translate to TGC2 well, with the wider fairways.
Nice job!

Just finished up my rounds. Really enjoyable relaxing round. Views are great and I really appreciate the greens being challenging but not tricked out. Good job. Look forward to future courses and rounds. Thanks for your time.

Absolutely loved this thing. Good views, great holes, fun concept. I also may have the Xbox record for a while... scored -19. Now to wait for the next one.

I'm heading to the PS4 right now to jump the fence and sneak in a round at Mt. Kessler...

Well...back from my round, whew! A lot of steep grades on the Mt. Kessler course, I'm bagged from climbing all those steps up to the elevated tees! :-) On the plus side, my avg. driving distance went up considerably!
Nice job, Jacob! I like your hole designs. Planting was really good too. -5 for my round, but left a few sitting mere nanometers away from falling in.

I'm bagged from climbing all those steps up to the elevated tees! :-) Were the helicopters not running because for some reason this game has helipads and no helicopters?

Just published the black tees. Still a par 71, 7130 Yards, with firm fairways and greens, with green speed maxed out at 187. It's called "Mt. Kessler- Blacks" if you'd like to try it, but be prepared for a challenge!
