Explanation: 5. Nick Lowe is very solid, he's could be considered a one hit wonder but this song is so solid. 4. Shipping up to Boston is an epic track 3. Hall and Oates are the epitome of classic rock and this song, is my favorite of their's despite not being the most well known. 2. Baby Come Back has some cool instrumentals and solid lyrics. 1. Tom Petty's Free Fallin although he is legendary this song just may not receive enough recognition for how good it is and he himself might be underrated.

Then again... there's this one from Donnie Iris -- having a tough time telling if it's the music or the video that I find most stimulating...

Gawd Dammit Kessler... you've got me consumed digging up lots of them now:
And this:
Finally, there's this from ZZ Top. Despite all their success on the FM playlists, this one's always remained a rarity:

Here are my five. 5. 4. 3. 2. 1. Adding to these classics here's one that I feel is awesome. Not vocally by any means in fact they are downright abhorrent but the eye candy is awesome especially at 15 seconds with the wink and from 1:47 to 1:55.

Whoever considers Nick Lowe a one hit wonder needs to update their musicology. He was the in-house producer for Stiff records, produced Ellis Costello and Dr. Feelgood , was married into music royalty (June Carters daughter). He is still a great song writer now. He even wrote a song covered by Curtis Stigers but we'll forget about that. He is the 'Bard of Brentford' and cruel to be kind is a perfect pop song. He will also get the beers in,so in my book a solid true English gent.

Big star - September Gurls
They should have been bigger than the Beatles. A true heartbreaking story of record company mis-management, drug abuse and rock genius.
