Hi All, I'm Joe, 38, from Scotland Originally but been living in England for the last 18 years so lost the accent. Scored +37 in Q School and scrapped into the web.tour which I was happy with. A bit of practice and after 2nd Round was -9 which looks like just missing the cut  Hoping to meeting few good people on the tour and have a laugh! Hello people, I'm from Manchester in the UK and have been playing TGC since August (on my PC) but switched to PS4 on Sunday just gone. I've been playing golf games since PGA Tour on the Sega Mega Drive but gave up on the Tiger Woods EA golf franchise back in 2004 and haven't played any golf games since.......until TGC last year - and what a massive breath of fresh air it is - no more having to buy equipment in order to be "10% more accurate", or able to "Drive 20% further", etc. - and more importantly, no more influencing the ball after it has left your club face (a la EA TW franchise!) - Anyone for The Matrix-style golf!?  Anyway, I completed the Jan Qualifying School with an overall +16 score (a fairly accurate score compared with my current ability I think) earning a Web.com Tour Card and very much looking forward to next week's Tournament at Briar Hill Country Club (which will be my first tournament). My name is Ethan, I'm 23 and am from Myrtle Beach, SC by way of Winston-Salem, NC. I'm currently in my 2nd year of law school at Duke University, and this game is a great way to spend time when I'm not reading for school. Funnily enough, Job was actually a high school golf teammate of mine, so it's crazy to run into him in this context, and it is clear that he and Doyley and the others are doing a fantastic job with TGC Tours, and I am excited to be a part of it.
I finished Q-School at +19, which is probably a fairly accurate rendition of my abilities, but I putted really terribly (probably nerves) especially in the earlier rounds. So I'm not expecting to do more than occasionally make some cuts (if that) and to find some community from this game.
My usertag on PS4 is dukemann970 if you want to look me up. I also love sports, especially my beloved Blue Devils (who are struggling big time right now), and I'm also a big Atlanta Braves fan as well.
Thanks everyone and I look forward to teeing it up at the Tim Horton's Canada Classic next week.

Hey Everyone, my name is Ryan iam 40 years old and from Australia. Iam on the ps4 psn Rjrosco. In my spare time I love playing golf and iam a massive Formula One fan. This game has me Hooked and loving it. If anyone is keen for a practice hit me up. Iam not the best player, but hoping to get better with some practice. There is some seriously good players, playing on this tour, so won't be expecting any good results. Breaking par will be my goal, hopefully that will make a few cuts. Anyway wish everyone the best and hopefully will catch up with a few on the course.

Hello, My name is Wes, 48yrs old from Virginia. I go by Nocturnal on Steam because I work nights and sleep days.
I picked up TGC game soon after it came out. I've been hoping for a really good, realistic golf game with a course creator to be made and this game is awesome. TGCT is also excellent and adds so much to the enjoyment of this game. (thanks to all those involved!!)
I had serious issues during the Q-School and found myself in the Champions Tour. I'm here for the week 4 tourney on an exemption and hopefully I'll make the cut and get to stay. If not, you will be seeing me again at some point I'm sure.

Hello everybody my name is Dave and I'm from Connecticut (USA). I play on PS4 under the same username mes5107. I bought the game the day it came out and play regularly in the LGGT. I did not realize this league existed until a few days ago, and it looks to be awesome. My Q-school rounds were not as good as I had hoped. I found a lot of water and sand. After those 6 rounds I found Doyley's post and that has really helped my approach game, though I still have the yips every once in a while. I also play golf irl, though I'm much better swinging a controller. I hope to play in the league for years to come. Golf games do not really become stale for me. I've had games that I've played years later and still found the same enjoyment as the first months after purchase. I only wish I had found this league sooner. |

Hi, my name is Bill and at 65, still love to play sports games. I play golf in real life and have a 7 handicap. I am from Gastonia, NC near Charlotte. I am a real life CPA and am getting busy so I don't know if I will be able to practice enough to get off of the 'cut line" on the Web tour.
