Not sure what message you're telling you're alleged 1-5 though that they aren't better than the Euro's.
Lol, we'd have to be delusional to think that you guys don't have the four best players on this tour. On paper, they should rack up points left and right, but the beauty of this event is that it's not played on paper. Anyone can lose at any given time, especially over just one round, and that's what we have to bank on.

Stop being so nice, we want controversy.......give us something to post in our locker room

#4 and #5 have a FedEx Cup (soon to be 2, I think), 2 majors, and Olympic gold between them. Not to mention 7 wins each, compared to my 6. Hard to argue, IMO. Uh... I'm going to lay up on a par 3 this week. That good enough?

The bulk of our players don't play on the European tour they play on the real tour where things are tough and they have to be earned

Glad you are enjoying the show. My team of rag-tag dreamers hope to keep it going for another 9 days. We are certainly outclassed at every level and short of making a spectacle of myself now I am not sure what else I can do. Since we wont make it much of an event on the course according to the Euro's we might as well make it a show now... Just so unfair how good the Euros are - oh well. If we can keep it close, it sure would be swell.

I love that Ryder Cup drama before the event even started.

Ahem.... Last year I was the Captain and our folks were in a position where we were highly slated as the underdogs. The players can make the difference but honestly if the Captain is doing their job and makes the right choices they can gain 4 or 5 points just on the correct matchups. Last year Brionne and i took turns in the rounds to submit our picks first. So the USA can win, does have a chance if.. if, a few players play above their ranking, a couple of the Euros have bad rounds and the captain does his homework and matches up things properly. Remember it isn't always about matching strength vs strength. Sometimes you can sacrifice a point if you have the opportunity to gain one and have an advantage in another.

I just got slapped in the face and kicked in the junk and not sure why unless there's some rationale I just don't understand...and being a successful engineer w/ a black belt in statistics, I'd think I understand logical reasoning.
Facts: 1) Top5 finishes Dale 5 Daniel 2 Chuck 1 Albert 1
2) Top10 finishes Dale 13 Daniel 8 Chuck 7 Albert 3
3) Scoring Avg: Dale 62.7 Daniel 63.3 Chuck 63.5 Bob 63.6 Albert 63.7
Recent play: 4) Summer Showdown Semi-finalist only beaten by the most elite players 5) Sept Match play- 5-0, about to be in final 8 6) American State Championship- Medalist a few weeks back and one of the top player 7) Currently tied or ahead of all captains picks this week in Tour Championship 8) Didn't fare too well the past 4-5 weeks because I was getting bad putter lag, was fixed when I figured out my default graphics settings were maxed from when I cranked it up to take pictures of my Monsoon course and didn't revert back (normally play on medium). Lag gone- Since changing, gaining 1-2 strokes a round again back on the greens.
Not going to raise too much of a stink, but I think you guys outsmarted yourself, I'm 9th and way ahead of 10th in Ryder Cup points for a reason...I'm the 9th best US player. Looking at ryder cup standings, I thought you qualified your 8th in the standings, am I missing something?

Looking at ryder cup standings, I thought you qualified your 8th in the standings, am I missing something? Tyler Duke was inside the Top 8 when the qualifying period ended (and Dale was 9th) but Tyler isn't showing anymore as he hasn't played for a few weeks.

Oh Same as tom then, tom was told he had to play an event before ryder cup to reactivate
