I used to be a decent putter, now I'm below average to average (at best) on the PGA. Tips would be nice. Sweeney to putt for me would be even nicer.

I putt like I make love. Kind of all over the place and just praying I eventually hit the hole.

I putt like a make love too - very rarely (much prefer playing for chips)
But seriously, I think I've developed the yips lately. Every stream I watch I see guys ramming in those 3-7 footers for fun. I read it, look it from every angle, read it again, then still miss it

I'll confess to never using the putting marker movement. Don't really understand what the advantage is - I just try to hit the ideal speed. If I need to hit a putt 10 feet speed, not sure what moving the marker helps for that. I know I'm in the minority, but when I tried moving it my aim was always way off. The perspective changes or something. Maybe it's why I'm not improving. Last tournament I was 36th in putting and finished 38th in scoring. If anyone cares to explain that (again) I'd love to hear it. It may sound obvious, but adjust for distance (up and down on the d pad) before you adjust for direction (right and left on the d pad). I'm probably misunderstanding, but it sounds like you might be doing these steps in the opposite order. Yeah, that is what I originally tried and it screwed my putting up badly for a few months. I finally gave up and just went for feel and distance. If I adjust for distance first, then move for the break, my perspective was way off. I was missing everything. I tried the opposite (adjust for break and then move the distance) and couldn't get that working either. I am sure that is why I will remain where I am in the WGR. Little techniques like this I just can't make succeed. At a certain point, the experiment has to end and I needed to start trying to make cuts again.
