My finest work yet, i think anyways lol. Reasons to vote Saguaro!!! It is the shortest track i have ever made, coming in at under 6600 yards in its current setup. Course is meant to be fairly easy for the seasoned player, and a little more difficult for the newer players but not grueling hard. I came out of retirement to make this, upholding my word to complete it. Hope you all enjoy a relaxing round here.

I have never seen that use of natural terrain around the bunkers before. Really pops and looks great. So was the TGC designer pension not enough that you had to start working again? Sad we don't look after our own like that.

"I kept looking at the cart path, and I was drawing on my desk with my finger ... attempting to smooth out that damn cart path"
Then, I realized it was the stupid texture used ... that makes it look like that ...
or ...
maybe the end results of too much fireball ... LOL
Glad I went a totally different direction with my course ... yours and Adam "Ant" Hill's could be twins ... Not bad attempts ... I hope the "Burn" doesn't get to me before I finish and miss the deadline ...

Great track, Taste. Love what you did with the bunkers and blending with the natural terrain. I liked the shorter layout, but I think your best holes were the longer par 4's (15 and 18 I think). I would have liked to have seen more of those. 18 may be the prettiest finishing hole in the game right now. My only real feedback was that I didn't feel like the front 9 "flowed" that well. It's hard to put my finger on, but it felt a bit "samey". The back nine was outstanding I thought. I'll need to play it again as I might be wrong with that comment.
Nice work, hope we see some more from you this year.

For those who do not like the desert theme, this should change your mind real quick. Desert is one of my favorites and this is a fantastic course. Great job Taste.
(when is our deadline for this contest? lol)

How in the hell is it possible that the name I made up is an actual place in the area I designed the course for? There seems to be a real Saguaro Lake and it's in Arizona... I'm gunna sue for copyright infringement. in 6 months:

The updated Desert theme produces the best looking courses in the game IMO.
Nice relaxing track this one. Shot -13. Highlight was fading a drive onto the green on the driveable par 4 and draining an 18 footer for an Eagle 2

I played your course u=yesterday as I said and it was great. Nice design, great lighting and planting, and just golf. No tricks, no out of this world fluff....just golf. Very well done. I've been seeing this a lot more lately and I think it's great. Clean, simple designs that are enjoyable to play. Made this a favorite and will play again today

Another great desert course from one of the most elite designers in the game!
Playable? 5/5 Looks good? 2.5/3 Creative? .5/1 Frame rate? 1/1
Playability- Like always in a taste course, there is variety in the way the holes are laid out, which is always a plus. Nothing too plain, nothing too extreme, so in all a great course.
Looks- great lighting, great textures, my only complaint is that in some places there was simply not much planting at all.
Creativity- there were lots of creative holes on this one. I especially liked the 18th hole, it was a real beauty. Here's the thing, though: The course is called saguaro lake, but the lake doesn't really come into play that often. Other than that, a creative course that I enjoyed.
Frame rate- ran smoothly for me, I can't really say anything against this.
In conclusion, I really enjoyed my round, and I'll be playing it again in the future.
