I'm just about to tee off - simply didn't get time before now. I wouldn't worry too much though as I've missed the last three (or even four) cuts. You deserve to make the cut just for how much your avatar doesn't match your gamertag! I didn't make it but you are right - I deserve to one of these weeks!! As for the avatar - this is what I managed to achieve when helping my wee daughter with her Pumpkin carving last Halloween. In all fairness, she got upset by it, but I was very pleased with myself!! (She was 3yrs old at the time!!)

Well, somebody who wasn't even registered yet just snuck in and knocked us down to T68.
Those guys I wasn't even thinking about, which makes this even that much more impossible.

I hope everyone yet to play hits -9 and it breaks the 86 record. Crazy number of you on that number. Good luck, it's going to be close!

As someone who is also trying to earn their Web.com card this week, I can relate to Wags. It's a big deal "graduating" from the CC tour to the Web.com. There's such great competition in CC-A and no guarantee you'll get an exemption again any time soon. Look at my tour history and you'll see. It's not like we're cracking out top 10's every week. I decide to show up about once every five weeks haha.
Wags, I hope to see you on the other side of this. Heck... I hope to see myself on the other side. 10 under just cuts it too close for me.

Thanks, but I'm sure I'm going to come up short this time. Elsewhere, Sam finished his 2 rounds and shot 6 under. So the list has become one golfer shorter. Still a lot of time left and almost no room for error.

I thought *I* obsessed over this game. Let me ask you a question. What tier are you in right now? I'm sorry if you took offense to my comment. I thought the at the end showed that I meant no harm with it. You know what tier I'm in.

Actually, no I don't. I have a terrible memory and it doesn't show on your forum profile. No, not offended. The reason I asked is this. If you're in Web or higher for that matter, you're pretty comfortable right now, relatively speaking. Sure, you want to move up, but not being in CC is a breather. You don't have to worry about demotion strikes and all that crap. You can be relatively relaxed. I'm essentially fighting for the most important thing I've fought for since joining in October. So of course I'm obsessing over this, I may never get this chance again. In fact, I'll go out on a limb and say that I have more to lose this week than anybody else here. The other SEs are essentially in and I'm sure breathing a sigh of relief. I am not so fortunate to be able to do that, yet. So yeah, I'm obsessed. I'm beyond obsessed. I'd make a deal with the devil right now to get my Web card. But no, I'm not offended in the least. Just wanted you to know where I'm coming from.

Anyone that has seen my posts here on here know that I play this game way too much. I've got more rounds played than posts made here! So yeah, I'm with you there on the obsession. I was poking fun of your post as I was myself. I thought you knew my tier as you told someone in a separate thread that I'm on the PGA (mrkuo) . Then I realized that you probably didn't make a direct connection between my forum name and screen name. Figured you knew since we Ranger together. Keep at it though Steven... I got into Web the easier path (end of first season qualifying tourney). Then I spent half the Web season trying to make it up to the pros. I failed at an exemption twice before finally making it in. I can tell you that the struggle to make it in made earning the card all the more enjoyable. Try to keep that mind if your score ends up getting bumped.

You are so good at this game. You are one of my head scratching "how does he do that?" Didn't you just come in first in the US Open qualifier?

That I did. I got really lucky on that windy first round. Take away that first round and I'm probably no better than 20th place of qualifying players.

I finished like 200 and something. LOL. I had no chance and I knew it. Let me know when you're WGR makes the top 100.

Well, with about 3.5 hours remaining, the 9 under pars are T68.
I cannot believe this is happening to me.
I will go to bed tonight and probably not sleep and wake up tomorrow to find out how this all went down.
Oh the humanity.

You can bet I refreshed that page dozens of times up to that point!

Well, we are under 3 hours to go and it's still T68 for us 9 under pars.
Will we all have ulcers after the night is over?
