As you know I have been scheduling since Season 2 week 18 In week and have been joined by Ola.
I would like you guys if you have any courses you own or have played that you would be a good stop on Web let me know on this and ill try to correspond back to you.
Obviously its only the hidden gems I am looking for I have reviewed alot of tour worthy courses at this stage but I'm bound to of missed a few gems.
Also if its a designer that hasn't got his moment in the sun yet I would be extremely interested.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Suggested Courses:
Still to play:
Pickering Narrows golf club
Quarry Creek
Scheduled:
Crooked Stick
El Tesoro Piratas GC
Potential Future Web Stop:
TPC at Castaway Bay : Replayed this in a hurricane and the course shot up my rankings really enjoyed it and now my favourite Tropical theme course
Oakland Hills CC (South Course)- Bloomfield Hills, MI - Amazing course, First course by the designer very hard to believe.
Not going on Web:
The Harlequin At Jester's Lake: Been looked at for other tour
The Old Pines at Skunk Creek - Very Solid course just didn't do it for me found myself going on to autopilot a few times
Hassayampa Hills Golf Resort - More interesting than the above but just didn't have me jumping up and down about it
Sundance Shoals - Unfortunately wasn't well received in course thread
La Siesta Lakes, Maroc. - Bad need of some smoothing out (I may of played the wrong one there was 5)
Congressional CC : 99% it will be on PGA
Sentinel Golf Club - Leave your Driver at home for this one. Very clever well thought out course better suited to PGA/Euro for me
Jakarta Bay: A really solid course just another one that I didn't love, definitely Tour Worthy just not my cup of tea.
Crossblades Point: With a billion Highlands themed courses out there its very hard to get one on tour unless its Perfect. This course is very good with out a doubt but with courses such as Tye Dunes, Shoughleith, High Point , Mcgillicuddys perch, Saxony , Phantoms Pass to name a few its very hard to compete against these courses as the standard is ridiculous. I will always compare a highlands course to Tye Dunes as it was the first course as a Scheduler that I went crazy over.
The Penitentiary @ Sand Quentin : This is my own course thanks for the suggestion nantez88 don't think it will be taken to kindly if its put on Web by me though . tgctours.proboards.com/thread/7568/penitentiary-sand-quentin?page=1&scrollTo=119402 for anyone who's interested .
The Dunes - Black Course: Was definitely fun played in med-high winds and lets just say them fairways need to hit the gym . To difficult for Web IMO
Has Been used before:
Tidewater Plantation: Used in Euro
CUYAHOGA : used PGA
Tobacco Dunes : Old course lost out on it own name tournament as remodel happened to late but may make a reappearance next season but not this one.
