Sorry - but the wind still can be judged to a similar level or better than IRL using the technique Eddie mentioned. Not having access to the pause view it would be borderline to little info. I'm confused as to what you're apologising for. I think we agree... I don't want no information, just like I don't want to use Eddie's technique, hence why I haven't took on TST. Something that may be more preferable to myself would be replacing the perfect wind indicator with something like "5 - 9 mph winds, occasional gusts up to 13mph, East to West", that kind of thing, just to add more to feel than sitting with a calculator. If that was included, you have automatically made the driving and approach game harder for all. However I have no idea how the wind is coded into the game and you have to worry about difficulty driving away players on a game that isn't going to appeal to a huge amount of people anyway. It's a tough one, especially since all the people who have bought the game aren't going to happy if they suddenly wake up one day unable to par. Personally I feel difficulty should be a selling point of The Golf Club, as the more casual players have Rory for easy settings, unless you're on PC of course. I'm also not saying casual players should play Rory, but naturally just tend to. That range is what you get from the pause menu. Level of info is ok and not exact te - means of getting it is not. Your suggestion with a range and gusts is great.

I offered them 500 quid to make the game brick The Machine's PS4 but they're too straight edge for that it seems.

I'd like to see a better way to judge the wind on TST settings... it sucks to bring up the menu all the time. This sounds like an exploit to me.

Well if they changed the colour of the arrow to represent a wind speed range you wouldnt need to press the pause menu, you don't get enough information from the wind sounds or the trees moving.

I would love to see HB update Ian Sweeney's game ONLY.... Make the holes smaller for him.. Put only a putter n a wedge in his golf bag n further implement squirts to a new level on him just to see how he fares Sad thing is he'd prob still beat meeee

I would love them to take away being able to hit a driver off the green as i might actually finish a comp.

Change the colour of the aiming aid to darker so as to see against bright sky. I'd rather see the aiming aid removed completely

A top notch practice facility.
This would be a driving range,a putting green which can also be used for approaches, and various set plays, ranged in order of difficulty easy/medium/pro/elite. Such as bunker shots, chips, putts etc etc. With at the end of it,a score.

Also the freedom to built whitin said practice facility would be awesome

I agree,it must be very well done, and very challenging on the elite setting in particular. Something like 175 yards out, approaching a fast contoured green, maybe 40 feet below the ball, with a 17 mph wind sw to ne. Get down in two for 8 points, down in one for 10 plus a bonus. I would play that little bugger all day. Water to the left, deep bunkers to the right, dragons just beyond the green. Ok,forget the dragons.
