Scampi00, you got 17th and cleared your strike so still a good week, i finished on the wrong side of that clear strike line lol, maybe this week coming. I was pulling for you. I remembered you were only a couple strokes off. Everyone seemed really packed in the middle there. Bring on Drayton! Thanks, i gave it a go. ive had 2 good weeks so far, if i hadnt hit 3 or 4 97% approaches in a row in round 3, i would have joined you above the line but with drayton this week, medium-fast greens but medium soft firmness will mean tricky slopes and not much run when hitting in so shooting darts will be called for and a -40 or better to have a chance.

Nice course, although I'm not usually a fan of multiple forced lay ups.
The stairs leading to the green going through the sand on hole 8 are buggy too. My ball should have landed on the stairs and bounced somewhere. Instead it somehow sunk INTO the wood?! Took one hack at it and it didn't move, then took an unplayable. Long story short, missed the no strikes line by a shot because of a weird quirk.

Some weird effects going on with moving up thresholds. My -18 gets me my anticipated strike but is good enough for an exemption spot in CCB!
A couple of CCB exemption holders that are within 15 shots and presumably get their CCA cards are also below the strike line so do they get a first strike at the same time?
