With the whole discussion about promotions/demotions, I decided to play this one for fun as a PGA member. The number of sub-100% shots was laughable, but then the amount of alcohol was absurd.... so I guess its to be expected. Played my usual consistent self mostly. Don't think I had a bogey, but I missed a crap ton of birdie chances. -11 -11 -12 - 9 -43 total Just wanted to see how good you guys/gals are. Good luck to all. Be forewarned using my ghost ball.... after round 1 I have many, many sub-100% shots.

So yeah...
Moaning a bit and giving myself low expectations after a dreadful first round might be my new favorite tactic. I missed a bunch of birdie opportunities in rounds 2 - 4 but never the less...
-4 -14 -13 -11
Total -42
I don't care where I end up this week on the total leaderboard. I'm frigging happy with my last 3 rounds. If only I played like that in round 1...

After that horrendous first round I guess I did just that. Play for fun. I played my usual game. Go on feel. Don't try to calculate too much and just go with the flow. I stopped trying to gain unnecessary meters on drives and never went for the Par 5s in 2 or #10 in one. Should do this more often...

The greens were like glass in the first round, but I figured things out to score a respectable -7. It wasn't fun watching all my approaches - and those of the ghost balls I played with - roll past the cup and through the green turning the first round into a chipping contest. I started to play better on the back, and instead of trying to get close to the pin, I tried to play for uphill putts. It didn't matter if I was 5 feet, 10 feet or 20 feet from the cup - just being below the hole was enough, and then I made a couple of those putts.
In the second round, conditions were much easier and I was able to get a lot of approaches close to the pin and make some birdies.
Went -7, -12, so -19 through 2 rounds.

Just don't repeat what I did -4/-5 ! It would leave you with a 95% chance of having to go to the electrical repairs shop the next day You had to open your big mouth didn't you Moe? -4 on round 3 just like you. Awful, just awful. Round 4 was much better. After another slow start a run of birdies and an eagle took me to -8 after 11. Much more like it. I then found water on 2 holes, played very badly, slices everywhere. Ended up -6. Apart from one purple patch that was 2 awful rounds. What a night. Back down nearer 70 rather than top 30. Gutted at the moment. You beat me by 2.

I think I'm 3rd on PS4 at the moment with Jared and Hrabec in front of me, but again. With THAT first round I really don't care. Super happy with my overall score! Actually. Come to think of it. I blame Gavin gavlaar124 for my first round. Had him live 2 holes in front of me so I think he messed up all the greens behind him. I'm definitely sure he put something on my ball after my second shot on 18, because it made no sense what so ever that my ball ended up in the water...

-4 -13 -7 -8 and here is this week's highlight featuring Canthitstraight Yeah... That 12th pin scared me on the weekend. Didn't dare go for it in two and I opted to lay up 40 meters away just to make sure I got a club I could stop without backspin or any roll out AND aim left in fear of that slope.

My last round was directed, -4. Wasn't in the groove, found water twice, missed a 3 foot birdie putt, a 6 foot straight birdie putt but the highlight was having a 10 foot putt catch a hill and roll 35 foot past the hole.
-29 was my final score.

Happy Watchers Day Everyone! All the madness seemed to happen last night and it the only thing left to be decided is if -14 make it or not! As it stands -15 and better are in the watcher safe zone and -12 and worse are on there way to Massara Golf Club to practice for the much anticipated "Watchers Championship" were special guest Timbr0_T will present the winner with there trophy. Which is displayed below. Back to this week and -14 were we have 14 players hoping that there 71% shot at making the weekend holds up. Then we have -13 including feng187 who is glad to get out of this weeks comp and reload for next week. Also Matthew Jones up from CCA both about to feel the wrath of the Watchers or potentially even a Lurker might take them out. I will be back around lunch for further updates and probably to confirm the demise of the -13 club.
