***This weeks tournament is located in TOURS/MULTI PIN EVENT***Well gang...I'm back in CC-D after missing out on my CC-C card by 2 strokes **crowd groans** We're at the legendary Pebble Beach Golf Links for this one Multi pin set up this week boys..first 2 rounds in the rain last 2 rounds on the CC setup Winds: (swirling at times, gusts at times..pretty consistent through all 4 rounds with the odd dip down to 4mph on 1 or 2 shots) 1. 8-18mph 2. 5-14mph 3. 6-15mph 4. 5-10mph As the winds were consistent...so were my scores..too bad they were consistently average at best. Disappointed with this one although I did hit around my course average in all 4 rounds(had 2 gimme birdie putts roll right over the hole in my final round..no change in speed at all..like the hole wasn't even there..short putts too...watch those 2 strokes bite me in the behind) 66-64-65-64
-29 total
Doubt that will even get me a top 30
get out there and Keep 'er Straight fellas

After my 62 the other night, I will be very happy if I can post up 4 rounds in the 60's. Started in the right direction with a 3 under 69.

Did ok, although I could have had 4 sub 60 if I had made a few putts more. -9,-11,-9,-14(58) for -43 and sit 2nd on PS4 for now. Enjoyed this one

Jim you may or may not remember when I said I was going to hang on to your coat tails and its pretty much turned out that way. I was on exemption in D last week and managed to win my card by being top exemption player. I narrowly missed out on an auto exemption up to C for this week when I couldn't quite finish top ten (finished T12). Anyway just finished Pebble and I scored -29 the same as you. So here we are. I reckon we should give this malukeye fella a swift kick up the backside to help him along to CC-A or B - he doesn't belong here! lol

My own fault and although I said I wouldn't let it bother me..it was in the back of my mind playing Pebble Beach, I left many strokes out there at PB and I doubt I'll get another shot at my C card next week. I doubt -29 will even be top 30 let alone top 10.

You guys and your -29's make me sick. Just kidding..lol
All I could muster is -28.
Round one I couldn't get anything going, par par par par and so it goes. Par was indeed the new bogey for me. Ended with a -2 on that round. If I did as well on the 1'st round as the others I would be around -34'ish
And that god forsaken 1'st hole. I had it mastered in all my practice rounds with the fade around the trees and landing in the fairway. I put in the heavy rough every single round on that hole in tournament.

Plenty of time Jim it's a long season but I guess you were out to break some kind of record for the swiftest rise up from Z.

I wanted to get there(CC-C)...I think I still opened some eyes to some people who say the system doesn't work. I think I proved you can work your way up fast if you improve and put your mind to it. Hope I kind of set an example to the people struggling . Just sucks it was cut short by 2 strokes.

Both a really frustrating and rewarding week, I shot my best ever score (-37) YAY! with a 60-64-64-63. However I cannot recall missing so many putts just barely in 4 rounds ever. If someone plays with my ghost (Caspariius) they will probably see an obscene amount of putts stop practically hanging over the edge of the cup or just trickle past by a hairs width. I don't think im exaggerating when I say on another day that I could have easily gone -50. It's kinda bittersweet cause' it's probably the best i have ever putted and I found the greens to be really tough, probably only 5 straight putts over 4 rounds, most had a lot of break. Best score though, progress! Good luck to everyone else, don't think i'll be top 10 this week, the course is there to rip apart

I had two very good first rounds, third was terrible and in the fourth I left some really easy putts. Final score is 62 - 59 - 68 - 64 for a total of -35. At least less that 10 strokes behind you, which lets me hope to stay in CC-C (I assume you'll be No.1 of exempt players). Now starts the terrible wait for next saturday...

What phantom putting bug? I did have almost all of my putts hang on the lip in the first two rounds. I am on a track of constant demotion strikes every week because my best score is around -16 and people are shooting -40 and so on. I will probably go to Z and then never leave it. My big problem is I have no idea how far the ball is going to go once it hits the green. Close approaches are all luck for me.

What phantom putting bug? The one nobody wants to admit exists You know..you hit a perfect 5 foot putt..perfect speed..dead center..and it rolls right over the hole as if the hole isn't even there. Happened to me twice in my final round..but I've seen it upwards of 5-6 times in a round before.
