First rounds back after earning my card and then having to send my PS4 off repairs to miss the first two weeks of the Finals. I went into this course blind with no practice. It is definitely an interesting course and can be challenging.
It stinks to hear about the wind updates. I was wondering why my drives were so much different than hammo' drives.
I went 67-62 in my first two games back. Not sure where the cut has been in the finals so I may wait before I play the last two rounds.

You'll be fine with -15! The last two weeks have been -7 (usually not that many more than 150 play) so you'll be great.

Must admit, I'm pissed at myself for shooting a 75 when people are shooting 58 in 18mph winds... good on you guys!

They had calmer conditions. Had to be. Must be! I played a pretty good round at 66 - only missed a couple. 58 felt impossible in those winds.

Pretty sure the 58 was after the patch. And all the scores in the low 60's, unless there are a ridiculous amount of superstars suddenly playing

I should've took my bucket and spade in round 2. 9 bunkers?!
I don't think it gets any better over the next 2 rounds neither! Haha.

When you dont feel comfortable on a course, it never goes well. This course has never suited my eye and it showed.. . -6, +2 That's something I wish I could overcome. My ability to score well is so dependent on whether the course seems inviting or similar to RL courses I have scored well on. First impressions definitely set the tone mentally for whether I believe I can score well.

As I said earlier, I feel for you guys who went early. This was the only way I could finish ahead of Ryan!

Whoops! A bit of alcohol fueled bitterness on my part -- my apologies. More frustrated at myself than anything because I fear my decision (and poor play in high winds which I usually thrive in) will cost me a card.

Also of interest is that q school tour winds changed also. Guess who's top of the table after 2 rounds... ;-)

Luke, Steven and all the guys at the top of the leaderboard after 2 rds...great playing regardless of the wind you played in. Opportunity is here, close the deal.
To all of us on the other side of the coin, 'it is what it is', no ones fault. Start practicing next weeks course. Most people here will get a tour card anyway, with the only drawback being the lower finishers may have to play on a tour that is not your first choice.
Personally, I am ready for the next chapter, season 2.
I have not played my 4th round yet and will wait to see if I make the cut before doing so.
Good luck all!
