72, 57 (+1, -14) for my first 2 rounds.
Im sure someone will better my 2nd round but there wont be many! What a round it was.
Peeved at my first round to be honest as my +4 on the 5th stopped it from being -3 overall and -17 for the cut.
Overall dead chuffed and really got a chance for once. All thanks to the swing update making me change how I held the sword

well, my best two rounds were rounds 1 and 4, rounds 2 and 3 were kinda dull as i made too many mistakes to take advantage of being under par after the first round. i had much trouble on hole 18 to finish up my rounds, lots of water balls here.

12th hole Rd 4. What the hell? Three pitches all came back to my feet. Fourth I put over the green just to stop it coming back down. Posted a 9. Tournament already over at that point but that put the nail in the coffin.

-14 in any condition is a good score Rob. In the 14mph winds it's pretty close to being a lock for low round on Friday.

I just missed out on an exemption that would've gotten me into this tourney, finished 6th in Web last week. Just played the first round of this event for some practice, finished up at even par... was -3 after 17 and tripled the last.
Just thought I'd point out, after hitting in the water on 18, I was dropped within 10ft of the hole. I should've had to drop short of the water, but there's a bug which drops you much closer to the hole. Hopefully it doesn't happen to effect the outcome of this event. Those of you who have yet to play the first round, you're in for a wild ride lol.

The question comes up (to me) how TGCT is going to handle this actually when somebody is reporting ghost balls being dropped closer to the pin (and even on the green). I mean we all know it's a bug that's hopefully fixed soon, but are people going to be disqualified when they do that?

I mean we all know it's a bug that's hopefully fixed soon, but are people going to be disqualified when they do that? Maybe they should send out an email to everyone, telling them not to drop closer to the hole in tournament play? Also, have the marshals and other players report any sighting of balls being dropped closer to the hole, and assess these players a 2-3 shot penalty. Either that, or like you said, send out an announcement that all players caught dropping closer to the hole will be disqualified. If I would've actually been posting a score in this tourney, I would've had a DQ, because I dropped that sucker as close to the hole as I could get. I still somehow missed the putt... karma lol.

2-3 shot penalty sounds better

If anyone on ps4 wants to see some strange playing, feel free to follow my ghost. I hit shots of all types, should have something to entertain everybody. Had 2 hole in ones, couple chip-ins, multiple 92% shots, half dozen or so missed putts from <5ft... shot -20

Don't think so Taste, got real lucky on several holes...made a couple of long putts (~25 ft) and holed out twice from off the green. Stoked about the round though, never liked to play in high winds but your right about the fact that it was more fun now knowing everyone had to do it. Bogey on 2 would have made me give up a bit before but not this time.

Had my worst start of the season by far, even considering the winds. I was +4 through six holes and just reeling. Gave myself a pep talk on the 7th tee and said, "Let's try to get around level par with some par 5s coming up."Started to hit some really fancy high lofted draws into quartering 21mph winds and vice versa. Played the final 12 holes of the round in a tidy -4 for an even par 70. I feel that 12 hole stretch was better than any of my remaining 3 rounds. Played well the rest of the way besides my double bogey 7 on the par 5 4th. I left 3 wood layup in the fairway but was stymied between two trees. I tried an LW punch but forgot to take some off and blew it 60 yards last up the hill. Failed to judge a SW pitch properly in a 75% heavy lie and left it short (a Tiger Woods fluff). Was on in 5 and two putts. Disgusting. Made some nice putts but left a few more out there as always. Hoping for at least a top 15 maybe top 10 out of this. I still lead the PGA Tour money list and FedEx Cup points race, but that lead has been shrinking every week thanks in part to stellar play by Daniel Coates and Steve Sloan. Your oversleeping this week Mr. Sloan probably preserved my lead hehe. 71-62-61-61 = -29 Total
