If people are shooting -40 in this flight on this course then they clearly belong somewhere else. On the first five holes I was -3 and ended up +5. Some of these greens are nasty. A few of them you chip the ball 7 yards and it goes 60 yards past the flag off of the green. Brutal. Good luck everyone.!!! See you out tgere

Jumped on to find 15 mph winds. *Face palm*

I played a bunch of practice rounds and never faced wind higher than 10 mph. Fired a practice-best 62 and went into the tournament feeling great. This is a nice course with tough greens and some tough approaches. Tourney wind consistently 12-16 through all four rounds, and it made it extremely difficult. My middle rounds stunk. Finished:
67-71-74-65 = -15
Not sure where that will land me but hats off to anybody who shoots all four rounds in the 60s in that wind.
Good luck to all. Just my third week on tour and I'm having a blast.

My TGC debut and my two first rounds is 68 & 75, horror winds around 18-30 kph and i'm more than pleased to be under par so far, to say at least..

What a mess, scored a solid 82 in the last round and finished +7, from -5 to + 7...
My last 3 rounds played EXACTLY in the same winds on every each hole, for example on round 2 i had 20 kph on hole 3, and on round 3 & 4 i was exactly the same and so on. Is it supposed to be like that? Booring.
Took away most of the fun of it i must say and i didnt enjoyed it one bit. (Bitter)

This is why i hate practice rds, 3 rds 62,74,65. Tee'd it up today ready for at least a decent rd. stunk it up big time hit 80 worst score ever in a long time. just couldn't find any rhythm. Oh well hopefully it will be better next round.

Was really pleased with my final score but there's some cracking starts to R1 at the top... Hoping some of them weren't maintained!

I try not to play practice rounds at times. Just bad luck and this course is not as easy as some have said. The front nine, ugh. And number 7, +5 in 4 rounds, lol. I did well on the back nine and especially the last few holes. 69-70-70-68. I'm one happy guy to get to 15 under.

My practice rounds were all -1 or worse, my tournament rounds were all -3 or better.. Whatever hole that 220ish yd downhill par 3 was... I could not hit the green to save my life on it.. Par'd it a few times, but just couldn't stick it, would always end up short..

How does someone (me) shoot -8 under rd 1. Leave for work on the weekend and come back and suck so bad i didnt end up shooting-8 combined the next 3. So heartbreaking. If i only had time to finish all rds the other day i may of had a shot.

Well I was decently pleased with my rounds. I made about 7 or so birdies per round (8-10 mph winds all four rounds, with some dips into the 4-6 range). But, would manage to kill it with about 3 bogeys per round. It would appear -3 is my magic number. I shot 70-70-72-70. The 72 I had a -3 round going and killed it on 18 to finish with a 72. Really struggled with the green on 18 for whatever reason.
That one par three on the front nine that was all down hill, I never made a GIR, but did manage to chip in the first two rounds for birdie. Almost did the same thing rounds three and four, but just missed it. I just played my tee shot to the same place every time lol

My favorite hole as it turns out seem to be #16. Par 3, birdied all 4 times. I don't normally do well on par 3's but man I love that hole.

I listened to house music during rounds 3 and 4 and ended up finishing the tournament with -19.
