Birdies were earned, bad shots were punished. And you had to pay attention. And I never once felt like it was luck of the draw with the wind or a bounce that gave me a chance to play. And probably only cursed one or two pins (Hole 13 and I didn't really get along). To me, that's all you can ask for. Ditto on Hole 13. Easy Par 5 birdie it certainly wasn't That hole destroyed me aswel as 12. Dont bail out to the left lol

Unfortunatly dud to tinming this set-up would have been best served after the dlc release, playing in double digit winds is tough enough to compete at most tournaments but the pins here make a run at a good finish impossible.
Was fighting like crazy to stay just under par -2 on the 14th tee and 13mph = 8
Can't play a chip, flop ends further away due to spin, try to put it beyond the pin with less loft and back again bacause of the wind.
Even can't hit putts hard enough to get up the slope.
Missed cut, poor

You are right that the wind effect can be rather large the way its set and the pins were indeed set for everyone playing the same conditions.

Sand shot up and out and on the green, and does the 'slow roll trickle of death'. What seemed like 2 minutes later, the ball has finally finished rolling, basically back at my feet where it started. Laying 3, still in the sand... try to give the shot a bit more 'oomph'... and hole it on the fly for a birdie. I actually did a real life fist pump. I think that was the only time I birdied it in all four rounds.
