I know I'd have to fall back down to earth but does anyone have trouble playing well on scoreable courses?
I have my worst rounds on birdiefests. Idk what it is.
Missed cut this week wtf?
Promo next week to get things back in order .
Good luck all.

I know I'd have to fall back down to earth but does anyone have trouble playing well on scoreable courses? I have my worst rounds on birdiefests. Yeah me too. Been saying it for a long time. I would rather play tough courses, I seem to place better overall than the easier courses where I shoot -9 eg, well the top players are shooting -14 and there are a lot of top players so in the end I wind up near the bottom. I prefer the harder courses overall. (I know why we have easier courses so not trying to rehash that discussion with the folks that run it) Thing with the birdie fest courses (for me anyway) is that you know you need birdies to compete, if I par too many holes then mentally I get sucked into a spiral of racing to catch up which causes sloppy play, which causes bogies, which then causes me to panic because I know I'm in trouble which causes more bogies. I hate those rounds where you par just one hole and its like "I'm done" Harder courses I can just sit back play conservative and grab one or two here and there and play more wisely. For me I never found this one to be a birdie fest though, felt as though I was struggling to keep my head above the water. Been playing poorly as of late so I played with an abundance of caution for this one to avoid any blowup holes. side note rambling to no one in particular. My putting saved the day in round 2 for me and possibly the other rounds. Looking at my stats for R2. 100% fir and 20 putts. If only I could string 4 rounds together like that all the time.

Promo next week to get things back in order . Good luck all. I missed cut this week too. 2 Doubles and 4 bogeys in first two rounds keep me out of the mix. I missed many greens slightly off the back or front when I thought I hit a really good shot and I really struggled on the greens. I was +3 after first round. Shot -7 (with a bogey) on the front nine in the first round, but only managed -1 coming in on back nine because of poor putting and some bad breaks.

Played my rounds and recorded them all for the first time so I can share them and watch them back to see how I've played. Round 1: (-7) Round 2: (-12) Round 3: (-12) Round 4: (-9) Got off to a slow-ish start but managed to score -7 in round one. Rounds two and three things clicked incredibly well and a relatively pleasing -9 to finish for -40. Hopefully some promo marks coming in CC-B.

I followed up my -4 first round with a -4 second round which I'm sure will be good enough to make the cut in CC-E. My 6 birdies (3 on the front, 3 on the back) were bagged between 2 bogies which came on the first and last holes. I was surprised to get that score on the very fast greens because I normally crumble on them.

So after tinkering with my putting after my 1st RD melt down. I switched to a claw style grip for longer putts and it seemed to be a lot more consistent. Shot a +9 with 36 putts the first round. Second Round I shot a +2 with only 29 putts which should have been at least Even par or better with even fewer putts but I had a melt down on 9th. On the green in 2 with an long eagle opportunity turned into a 4 putt Double Bogey. That one will sting for a bit. Some times this game plays to much like my real golf game lol.

My first subpar tourney round in a while in rd 2 (eagle on 2 helped), making the cut in CC-L at +1, despite being +5 on 14 & 15. However 61 putts through 2 rounds means I left a lot out there.

-12 after four. 73-66-71-66 says it all, two good rounds and two bad ones. At least I got rid of the demo mark I accrued last week.

very up and down week this time. 70-62-68-63 kinda says it all hit a few good shots here and there (one classic backspin into the hole for eagle, love those ) but i was abit lost on the greens, didnt really putt bad(except R1), just felt very unsure on pretty much every putt from any distance. didnt think i was gonna be able to make the cut after a dreadful R1 70 (+3 after 9), but managed to squeeze through after a good R2 Think i found the water 3 times in R1-2, need to learn to expect the slow when there is water to the right, no matter how fast i try to swing lol. Didnt love the course as much as last week, other than looking abit sparse there wasnt anything wrong with it, just never clicked the same way.

Best four rounds ever for me in the new game. May be a top 25 finish in CC-J.
Hopefully carry some momentum into the promo event. (Not likely but worth a shot. lol)

I Had a strong week for me in CC-L.....no, it is not -52 but good for my current level.
69 69 66 64
-20
As of now currently sitting 3rd in my L tier.....I also have one promo mark and I think I get 2 with my top 10 and it said 3 promo marks is a promotion to the next tier.
I have come a long way from my 122 in Qualifying back in Oct.
It has been a slow process but each week I get more confident with my game play.

What in the hell? How can I be at -8 through 2 rounds and finish -31 for T4th in CC-I? 3 straight weeks of good, even great scores for my standard, picking up some real momentum at the right time for a good move up through the promo event. Hopefully it carries for at least one more week! -4, -4, -15, -8 = -31. Here's my scorecard for round 3, my PB so far! I still can't believe I scored a card like this! There was an ace too, my first ever on the tour, second one I've ever had!

I never do this but I just gotta give a shoutout to @bizz1731 Matt Bissonnette from CC-A who is in the lead with a -53. His 3rd round is the lowest score I've seen from any CC division this season.
3rd round 52 (-20), 3 eagles, 14 birdies, 1 par. 18 putts (one hole out and ONE MISSED PUTT!)
Congrats on a great round and tourney.
I feel so inadequate.
