I sucked this week. That is all. Same. Course was great but I never shot a competitive round on it, including the few warm up rounds I played. Just didn't fit my eye I guess? And couldn't figure out greens, I overread everything.

Really enjoyed the choice of the course this week. Very nice design and great work at planting and routing. I should have taken a break after my 3rd round after I shot 63,64,61. It was late and guess I didn’t realize the high winds in the last round and shot 69! Hopefully can hang on to a promotion point guess we will see.

After missing the cut last week, I was worried since I've been dealing with Covid and pneumonia. Did well enough to make the cut fairly easily, then shot my best round yet in round three. Was looking at a really good finish, but 18 bit me for a double. Enjoyed the course and the challenge. Covid and pneumonia? Haven't you seen the news. Only Covid exists as an illness now. 🤔

I've been to the ER three times in the last week, so my feeling is anyone that thinks this is a hoax should be punched repeatedly.

During my 3rd round everythink went up and down with a final score of 71. I played with a new controller (switch from XBox 360 to Xbox One controller) which feels a little different. All the best and get well soon

Felt like i was playing in the sand alot these 4 rounds, so now when R4 was reveled i decided to check how bad it actually were. the result...26 bunker visits, that must be a new personal record! and despite that somehow tied my best result in the game at -32. Goes to show what a difference the shortgame can make, unfortunately it will most likely be down the drain again by Sunday but gives some hope atleast.

Tons of sand for me this week. Started off nice and strong with -10 through 2 making my first cut on my first week in CC-I, shot -5 to go -15 through 3 and possibly have a shot at promo marks before racking up an abysmal +3 in round 4. -12 isn't too bad for me usually, but still disappointing to finish on such a weak note after playing 3 rounds of decent golf!
It happens though. Can't do much else but move on.

Goes to show what a difference the shortgame can make, unfortunately it will most likely be down the drain again by Sunday but gives some hope atleast. It seemed like every fairway had that irritating bunker trying to mess with your drive. The course was nice and the setup was good for each round but change it up with the middle of the fairway bunkers in future designs. Put an Oak tree there instead. But other than that the course played nice. I got over and around those bunkers for the most part so no issue there but you had to navigate on most drives. I did enjoy the short Par 4’s but I never capitalized on my drives to get an eagle. I played too conservative for Rds 1 and 2. I was -1 on each round. I started Rd 3 with a -2 and got to -8 with 6 birdies but ran out of gas and finished at -7. I quickly jump back on to play Rd4 and probably rushed it with some bad decisions after a couple of bad drives on 1 and 2 which resulted in 2 bogies. I was a little jumpy rest of the way and then chasing to try to get back to -7 but didn’t have a good round and I can’t blame the high winds. My tempo on my wedge shots was all over the place. Usually my wedge shots are pretty accurate and I was red fasting which put me too far left and then had some bad pitch shots that ruined the Par chance at worse. I hate red fasting on wedges. Maybe the coffee was screwing me up because even in Rd 3 I was all over the place but still got a 67. With my mistakes I crumbled with a +4 and a 76. I finished with a -3. Oh well, onto Florida for the next Tournament. I have only one critique with the next Course. The design of the actual course and settings around the course is exactly how you see it on a lot of Florida courses. You see mostly flat in and around the greens, lots of lakes and streams, small rivers on the sides of fairways with lots of houses and or condo’s. But the only thing I saw that was wrong with the course was not the course itself but the background. Florida does not have Mountains, lol and when you look out over the background you see Mountains like you are in the Carolina’s. But I think I’ll be suited with this next course as I am familiar with the course settings and it played(practice round) like I was actually on a course in the Tampa Bay Area.

Any chance of CC-A getting trickier courses? Hardly seems appropriate for CC-L and CC-A players to encounter identical conditions/courses when the ability gap is so fast. Played mediocre practice round on next weeks course and still shot -8. -43 won this week but -50 or better will most likely win next week since once more the fairways are a mile wide and the greens flatter than a pancake.
