Hi, I'm Vincent Omernik (Uproar1141) from the Euro Tour and I was informed that I was cheating somehow. I use a standard ps4 controller for my rounds, with the model being CUH-ZCT2U. I put up some really good rounds this week and was devastated to look at the leaderboards this morning and not see my name in second where it should be and is in game. I have no mods on my controller and wouldn't know how to cheat if I tried. If someone from tgc can tell me why and put my scores back that'd b greatly appreciated as this week I was on track for my first promotion mark.

The most common reason for people using regular controllers is that they’re “flicking”. If your forward swing is not going entirely to the top then it can impact the ball flight in-game and impact the API data. Hopefully it gets fixed moving into the next game because it creates a lot of disappointment, arguments, and I have to imagine is a gigantic headache for the admin team here.

No Cheating Accusations
All public cheating accusations will result in temporary forum bans. The majority of users removed from the leaderboards via our Fair Play policy are not cheating - just using devices with forgiving settings/deadzones that make it unfair to compete against stock controller users - usually unknowingly. Any concerns should be emailed to commish@tgctours.com.
