Let's forget about golf for a bit…
The Golf Club 2019 Course Designer can do some pretty cool things and produce awesome looking golf courses. At its core, however, the Course Designer is an environment/level editing tool capable of more than just producing golf courses. You can use it to create landscapes and environments of all kinds.
I would like to start an interesting thread here to see what kinds of beautiful scenes designers can create using the Course Designer tools. So, channel your inner artist, take a break from course design, and have a blast creating the landscape of your dreams. This can also be used as an outlet for those who have access to the hidden themes and plants who want to try something new outside course design.
How it works: Using all TGC 2019 Course Designer tools at your disposal, create a scene that can be captured in a screenshot. This doesn't have to be nature based. It can be a great architectural creation, a city landscape, a goat utopia, really anything you can come up with that is not based on golf. This thread combines creativity, environmental design, and photography skills.
Things to think about: Since you are not designing a golf course to be played on, you don’t have to worry about lag so go crazy. The plant meter should not be an obstacle either in that regard. All those times you were frustrated because your grand vision couldn't be realized due to lag or plant meter issues, this is your chance to make it happen!
I have something started as kind of an example and will post it soon. Have at it and I can't wait to see what people come up with!

This is a great idea, and I'll definitely be giving this a try very soon... EDIT: Early days still... More to come... ~Drnk (Mike)

Also just a note, this thread can serve as both a WIP thread and you can post your finished products here as well. Just let me know if a screenshot is the completed design and I can save it and maybe begin another thread for the finished products gallery. I would like to keep these without 3rd party editing tools (photoshop) but if you really want to, go for it. Make sure you give your masterpieces a name!

Sounds like fun. Might give it a shot. I agree though drop the photoshop and just use the designer.

This plot is actually going to have a golf course on it but I thought it’d be cool to share the bare landscape with no course or planting yet. Actually very happy with how the volcano turned out after a lot of time sculpting.

I think my above volcano picture is pretty cool in itself because it's actually really difficult to grasp the scale of this photo without anything to reference like planting or course objects. Just from the picture, it looks like a small hill but what you're seeing here is pretty much the entire island where the golf course will be and the rim of the volcano is nearly maxed out in height.

I’d like to make a possible modification where one hole is built that can function as at least a method to share all these beauties in game and maybe as a sort of best possible hole where we can fully go all out. As it is looks fantastic though and an idea I’ll surely entertain.
