Darryl has been designing too much and his game will certainly reflect that. Dead last so far and certainly another missed cut. Hope everyone enjoyed the course though!
Good luck!!

Great course this week. -8 through R1 but paused after 5 holes of round 2 @-1 as started losing focus. Probably because I’ve been looking at the design too much and not planning shots properly!

First week here after promotion from B.
Started hot -6 through 8 holes.
Cooled off on the back 9 with a bogey on 10 then responded with a bird on 11.
Birdied the last three holes to put me a -9 through one.
Nice course.
Looking forward to competeing with you guys up here.

Man this will go down as the tournament that could have been something great for me.
Started hot with a -7 on the front 9 and then it was like somebody put plastic over the cup. I burned the edges on 5 putts on the back 9, 4 for birdie and one for Eagle. I was hitting all the right shots and doing everything right I just couldn’t sink a putt. Finished round one with a -10.
Round 2 was more of the same I burned six edges for birdie/eagle and just left them sitting right on the edge! One putt actually died and came to rest on the back edge of the hole!! Still managed a -10 and -20 total at the cut, tied for PC lead at the time.
Went ahead and played round 3 with more of the same. I was always just off on my putts! -9 in the 3rd round for -29 total through 3.
I’ll play round 4 closer to the weekend.

Nice course but just not for me this week play style wise. -4 and -9 have me at -13 and it may be my first missed cut on tour. Never know though, it’s not an easy course so I may sneak in... Here’s hoping!

2nd straight week at -5 at the cut. I have zero chance to compete. I get about 25% perfect downswings with master clubs, and the ball goes all over.
I may be done until I get a PS5 next year

Had a nice start barely missing birdie on 1 then birdie eagle for -3 through 3 and just drove the par 4 4th...4 putts later I walk off with a bogey. Super pissed and make the turn at -2 when inexplicably I have a 6 putt quadruple bogey. The initial putt was only a 9 footer...and then I missed 4 more consecutive 9 footers before finally tapping in the 6th. I’ve never had anything like that happen before. In shock I get a few more pars before finally getting back on track finishing with a eagle on 18 to get to -5. Shot ok second round with -8 to go -13 at the cut. Really not sure that will make it but went ahead and played the last 2 rounds at -11 and -10.
If I just 2 putt those holes I finish -11 and in contention in the first round and instead I’m left in shock at what I just did 😂

Very similar round two compared to one.
-6 on the front 9
-3 on the back 9 with a bogey on 12 ( I need to correct it with this hole because I originally thought I bogeyed 10 in Rd 1 but it's 12 that's killing me. There's alot of break around the hole)
-18 at the cut and I'm pleased to make my first cut up here on Euro

Great course this week. -8 through R1 but paused after 5 holes of round 2 @-1 as started losing focus. Probably because I’ve been looking at the design too much and not planning shots properly! Taking a break was a good idea, I birdied the first five upon restarting and eagled the last for a -18 at cut. Round 3 got off to a horror start, a slow backswing on the first par 5 meant I dunked my 1 iron in the pond (greedy, should have hit 2 wood to back fringe) I rallied from +1 thru 4 to shoot -8 and then shot a solid -10 in rd 4 with loads of missed putts. -36 and another 30th place finish. Classic journeyman.

Why is -10 the magic number for round 1 on PC lol. I just noticed there’s a log jam of us on that number.

Hello again Ladies and Germs, I'm back on the Euro tour after a season and a half or so on Web/KF.
Played Round 1 at a crappy -8. Two bogies on the front 9 are the difference between presently being T42 and being T8 on the first round leaderboard. As much as I believe that a par is the same as a bogie on Euro and PGA Tours, having actual bogies are absolutely deadly. Can't have that. I've always felt if I'm not sinking a birdie then I'm losing a stroke to someone ahead of me. At the very least, I need to have a clean card every time out moving forward.
We'll see how R2 goes tomorrow.

I played round 1 and didn't play bad, no bogey's but only 4 birdies. The saving grace for me was making two eagles. That gave me a -8 round 1. I will have to play better going forward since I doubt I'll be getting 2 more eagles Hoping I can keep the tempo in check and sink some of my birdie chances in round 2. Looking like -15 will be safe at the cut. So, another -8 would be fine with me. Good luck everyone!!

First round on Euro in the books. Was -3 through 4 and a bogey on 5 derailed the front. Made the turn at -2 and a -4, bogey free back puts me at -6.
Definitely could’ve played better, but for my first round sans exact wind speed, I’ll take it.
How does the cut work? Is it top 60 or does it fluctuate based on the scores and size of the field?
