And I am worrying about the cut in a minor event.
-9 and -8 to be -17 after two.
At least that is a little bit like real golf: After an equipment change quite a few guys are struggling. You will be back at the top, Bob!!

-10 -11 start for me ... Was plagued by slow backswings had no idea why till I realised too late that my controller was almost out of charge doh! 😂😂 So looking at a possible missed cut cus I didn't prepare my equipment properly haha

How do we know what event we play this week? Is the other event top 50 ranked players only?
Top 50 in Fedex points iirc.
Finished at -50.
-15 in R3 - nice -9 in R4 - very disappointing. Had a bogey with GW in my hand for the approach, and didn't birdie 18.
Strange to walk off a tournament at that score - and actually feel a little disappointed in the end result.
It gives frank70 a target for his last two rounds though, given he was tied with me after 36h. Well, i couldn't do it. Finished with a -8. Had two three putts on the par 5s what resulted in a par and a bogey. Not good enough but i could have only gotten you if i had nailed both (inside 25 feet). I gave up quite a few spots on the leaderboard with those stupid mistakes (too giddy!!!).

Whats the old saying - Even a blind pig can find an acorn occasionally??
Oink Oink!!!!
Geez Rob, it's a freaking squirrel, not a pig! Acorns = squirrel!! I can't believe I gotta play down here in the B Flight with you guys!!🤣 Anywho, I have sucked all year, glad to be away from the flickers for a week. Actually missed 3 fairly easy putts that I simply choked on. -16 round 1, and though the scores are really low on this municipal course, I'm happy just to be swinging half decently.

Ugh, managed to miss a 7 foot birdie on just the second hole. Birdied 1 and 3, but had a fast downswing off the tee into the bunker on 4, then a fast downswing out of the bunker into the tree and behind the giant rock. Made a 15 foot par though. Nearly made the eagle on 5 but then missed the short birdie putt. Clipped the tree off the tee on 6 and ended up in the rough then had a fast downswing into the bunker and missed the 12 foot par. Then because I kept hitting fast downswings I had a very slow downswing off the tee on 8 of all things right into the water. Then a fast downswing when I re-hit. Did manage to save par though. Basically everything went completely wrong for me in the front nine, ended up at -3.
Missed a 25 foot birdie by inches on 10. Fast downswing off the tee and on my approach on 11 but I made the 22 foot birdie. 3 fast downswings on 13 and I missed a 16 foot birdie. Missed an 11 foot birdie on 15. Missed a 13 foot birdie on 16. Missed a 13 foot birdie on 18, finished at -7 for the round, tied for second worst in the field.
I played really well on Euro to get up here, but ever since I got here it seems like I screw up every single hole. I really don't want to have to go down again after just a few weeks and spend another full year trying to get back here. The way I was playing a few weeks ago I would have easily shot in the 50s on this course, instead I got a 65.
Anyway, lipped out an 11 footer on the second hole of the second round, left a chip inches short on 6, left a couple long putts about a foot short too, had a very fast off the tee on 11 (but nearly holed out my approach), and left a flop completely short of the green on 18, but overall I hit the ball better and made a ton of putts and shot a 60.
First round ultimately made the whole thing kinda pointless though.

Birdie fest indeed. I did my share and more of my share. Putted well, came into the final hole at -16 and got greedy. Bogeyed 18 with two silly shots. Ah well can't complain with a -15 first round, can I?

He was recently promoted. His problem is nerves. Nah, it's definitely his signature - change that, and all will be ok in the world once more!

R1 -13, had a couple lip out too R2 -7, absolute crap on the greens. Had at least 5 birdie putts where the beads were virtually not moving but the ball broke 3 cups or the beads were moving through 2 or more boxes and the ball went straight. Only shot -2 on the back 9.
Have to wait and see if -20 makes the cut or not.

Was hoping for a birdie fest in the 1st round but got a series of lipped out putts fest instead to end up at -11, the 2nd round played a bit tougher but I managed to get a -11 in that one as well which was decent. Remains to be seen if -22 is enough for the cut but one can always hope
Beautiful looking course by the way.

By the back nine of the first round I was just typing a running commentary in between shots. Stopped when I started playing well in the second round.
