Very firm, very fast, etc..... Am I the only one that kind of gets tired of the unrealness of these conditions? Maybe once in a while, but it seems like most times I play the conditions are firm and therefore unrealistic. I can see certain courses that would have hard surfaces, but not all. Needing to always aim for either the front of the green or a lot of times in front of the green just to have the ball stop from going off the back is silly at times. I understand that the conditions are made more difficult so tournament scores are a little more realistic, but it still gets old to me. I think it’s more of a game issue than anything since they made the greens so rock hard and nothing ever spins back. Anyway, that’s the end of my whining for now.

The greens are actually more receptive than the maxed out parking lot greens from TGC1. Also you will get less spin with Pro clubs than Masters. Maybe try master clubs next week and see if it makes it more enjoyable?

I shoot on an average course -13 or so with pro and about -3 with masters. Just can’t figure it out. Would love to see a difficulty in between these if they make a new game.

Haha. I swear the wind meter is broken. I had half filled wind meter most of the round and it blew like it was filled up.

13 of 20 rounds this season in CC-Pro were played on a setting other than Very Firm. 19 of 20 rounds this season have been played on a setting other than Very Fast.
Not to say that your perception of always playing on Very Firm/Very Fast isn't valid. Overall, soft or slow conditions are more rare. But statistically, it's definitely not always Very Firm, Very Fast. In fact, that exact combination hasn't been played at all on CC-Pro this season.

It’s not as much about the scoring. It’s more about the fact that it would be nice if the greens acted more like greens in real life. Most shots outside of wedges rolling out 10+ yards.

This is an example. I guess I needed to land it 20-25 yards short instead of 10-15?

This is an example. I guess I needed to land it 20 yards short? You hit a 5i into a downslope short of the green. You should have hit so the ball landed on the green so it had a chance to grip a bit, or landed it shorter knowing that it slopes down towards the green and the ball would release.

Grip? I’d like to see it. The slope isn’t that severe so I just find the rollout to be crazy there. Anyway, I’ll just get over my issues of hoping conditions were more realistic. Probably just taking out my frustration on bad play lately.
