I’ve been golfing on thin ice missing the last two cuts, so I’ve been a bit quiet.
-7 rd 1, waiting to play rd 2 til Wednesday as I’m busy tomorrow. Hoping to put up another -7 to make the cut. But conditions could make or break that goal.

Hi, I'm new here. Not my first go around on Euro but happy to be back. Had a little affair with the beginner clubs, but back to business for me.
-9 -9 -9 -10 for me this week. Should be enough to make the cut and have a nice showing for my first week back.

I continue to follow a similar pattern each week where I start off well on the front 9 and then lose it on the back 9. Really struggled on this course. -3 in round 1. It’ll take a miracle to make the cut this week.

Great course selection (Compliment to the Euro scheduler as I love the course!).
There is no point in even attempting to get a promotion mark as an Xbox user.

Couldn’t quite overcome my -3 in round one and will miss the cut by a shot or two after a -10 in Round 2.

Started with a ok bogey free -7 and then got hot round 2 with a -11. Had to get all rounds in at once and was sitting at -3 through 4 in round three when disaster struck and I posted a 9 on the par 4 5th. Took the wind right out of me and all hopes of my first top 10 vanished as I struggled to a -2 finish. Regrouped for a -12 round 4 but the damage was done. 1 awful hole out of 72 just ruined me.

-29 after two rounds on this course? Yeesh! Guess I chose a good week to be on vacation.

My plans fell through last night, so I went ahead and finished up. Played a great round 2 shooting a -13 including a 216 yd hole out. Been a long time since I've done that on TGCT. Round 3 I was playing well at -3 going into a par 3 5th. I dialed in my shot, hit a P/P and right before I hit I had one of those wind adjustments that took about 5 yds off my shot, and I fell just short of the green by 2ft, and it rolled down the cliff into the water. Result: Double bogey! Anyway, battled to a -6 round 3 and in round 4 I got my first VF into the water, and struggled to a -8. I made the cut, but feel I just had a around 4-5 shots that derailed my momentum. What could have been.
Final numbers: Rd 1 -7 Rd 2 -13 Rd 3 -6 Rd 4 -8 Tot: -34

3 rounds down
-8, -11, -6
Wasn't overly challenging to keep your ball in play if you could avoid very fast swings but man oh man is that course unnecessary long. For a lot of the pins you have to play have backstops. Hard to slow down a ball you hit with a 3 wood to those pins and then left with 2 foot downhill slopes back. Maybe I'm just a bit bitter over some of the spots the ball ended up, either way I should make the cut so hopefully can finish reasonably well.

Played really poor recent weeks but finally found a bit of focus here.
Bogey free for the tournament and managed the following rounds: 64,62,64,57 for a total of -41. Maybe enough for top ten? We will have to wait and see I guess.

Shot -9, -12, -7, -13....-41 for the tournament. Aside from the third round I feel great about the way I was playing. Still chasing my first top ten finish and I’m afraid that a bogey on the 71st hole is going to cost me.
Overall I really enjoyed this course. The putts were not too difficult if you land it close and it could be quite punishing if you missed. Had a lot of fun there.

This was a weird week. I don't generally like long courses where it seems every approach shot is 200 yards, so I considered not playing to protect my 2 promotion marks. I ended up playing though and loved the course. My ball striking was poor, I'm near the bottom for GIR. But I'm near the top with putting which saved me. Ended up at -46 and should be joining the PGA tour where I will be mediocre at best and in time I'll look back on these last few weeks as the best days of my TGCTours life.
