Another tricked up, crappy course. There was yellow within 1 square of the hole on one of my putts. Does anyone even ranger anymore or are people just done with TGCTours? I've really enjoyed the past two courses and thought both were well designed and challenging.

I'm back..yeah right no one remembers me lol I took an extended break from this game due to being one of those who are at the mercy of the HB Tempo. (PC) Got tired of having a good round destroyed by the randomness. I'm perfectly capable of destroying my own rounds without HB @!$#ery contributing to it..so I just slinked off into the fat assed sunset. Decided to give it a go again today. Went and played 2.5 rounds of the promotional event. Went in totally cold, made a mess of things. Decided to play my CCA rounds. I know people have expressed not liking posting entire scores but since I am no threat I will just to show my improvement lol Round 1- +9 Round 2 +1 Round 3 -4 Round 4 -1 Look for me at the bottom the leaderboard. May 16 last time I played TGC. Edited to add.
I just realized this was a Cannuck course. I'm under doctors orders to have paramedics here on standby with the defibrillators ready when playing his courses due to the greens causing me have a heart attack, stroke or aneurysm.
-disclaimer- no Cannuck abuse intended..all in good fun. One of my favorite designers.

Took a hiatus last week from the tour after the controller issues. Instead of jumping back into CC-A, I thought I'd try a promo round first. Boy can a little time away mess you up. I somehow pulled out a -1 with tons of mistakes. Legend of Kong course is no joke. I had a few holes where I thought the wind would carry me over some water, only to be very wrong. Certainly don't want to jump back into CC-A with that stroke. Hope every one hits em straight this week!

Week 4, Pacific Spirit GC
-9 -8 -13 -5
Strange week. Never felt like I made anything happen, fighting the tempo, fighting the sidehill lies, fighting the wind, yet somehow scraped a -35 score together.
Still clueless

Blah! Brutal greens this week and with a little rust, that did not lead to a good round. -5 to start, need to grind to stay above the demotion line!

Can't say I'm happy but say I'm disappointed either, 1st event in CC-A and using PC instead of XB1 so I'll be content with what I shot. at least I was consistent. R1: 66 R2: 64 R3: 63 R4: 65 -30 in the end.

Been really busy this week. Not sure if I will get to finishing my last 2.5 rounds. Not sure if it matters though as I think I will get a promotion this week.

Hello CC-A. My stay may be brief but I’ll enjoy it for as long as I survive!

Thank you for the warm welcome to an awesome balance of competitive and fun level that is CC-A!! Somehow I backdoor'd into a Korn Ferry promotion with a couple weekend 63s so I'm moving up...
I'm not going to say goodbye because I'll likely be back shortly as I doubt my very inconsistent play will fit at the Pro level but ready for the challenge!

Hello everyone, I'm new to CC-A. I just got promoted from CC-B, and I have a question. I doubt that I'll run into this, but I'm still curious. If someone gets three promo marks while in CC-A using pro clubs are the forced to move to the KFT and to use master clubs?

Week 5, Blackflag
Possibly the easiest course for this season so far, especially on the greens. Somehow I managed 30 putts in round 1. Been a while, maybe never, since TGC 2019 I've taken 30 putts I a round. Madness.
Round 1 - started off with an eagle on the 1st, took another 29 putts for -6
Round 2 to 4 - took a break for an hour or two after a frustrating round 1, came back and shot -12, -15 and -12. No hole outs, no chip-ins.
-45 based on previous results might be good enough to earn a green tick, will be #3, if so that be my last tourney in the cc ranks for now. Can't say I'm over the moon with that prospect. Really hate playing tourneys where there is a cut line.
Enjoyed the course!

Then I guess the player would have to WD in consecutive events to get demoted?

I agree, course seems set up for a low, low score this week. After a week of finding some footing, I came out with -11 to start this event. Judging by your rounds, maybe I can keep that level up and be in the hunt at the end. Need some good news after such a poor showing from my KC Chiefs last night
