^ Well, I was going to come in here after my 4th round and brag about how I finished my last 2 rounds excellently, but apparently they triggered a fair play issue. I had one hell of a busy work week and tried to get my first 2 rds in early in the week, that was a big mistake. Shot a -8, -4. Wasn't able to pick game back up until Friday night where I go on to shoot a -15, -10, for a -37 overall. Looks like that might eek out a green mark but we'll see. I really hope this gets cleared up because I have no worldly idea what I may have done to get that email. Disparity between rounds is the only thing but I don't know what to do about that. That is why I am not higher than CC-A haha, just can't get consistent enough.

Fell down a huge 150ft gulley with just a slight unlucky bounce on a mid round hole in my third round. Couldnt get back up top and took an 11.Turned a middle of the pack finish into a probable double strike. Still enjoyed the course though its a bit of a masterpiece.

There’s no way back if you go down the hill and run through the out of bounds onto the fairway below, happened to me luckily it was a practice round

I am posting this here because I would really like an answer as soon as possible. I am not sure where to put this but I would really like to know why I got an email that my scores would not be accepted for this week due to fair play policy? I have been playing since February and have never had an issue. I play PS4 and have a standard, stock controller that is only 2 months old. I do not flick the controller, I go all the way back, then forward, sometimes resulting in a fast downswing due to too much thumb. I use my right hand on the right stick. NOTHING I am doing is cheating yet I get this email? My scores this week were up and down, that is the only reason I can think why this happened. I am in CC-A and shot a -12 over the first 2 rds, then a -25 over last 2 rds of the most recent tournament. Absolutely nothing changed in in my swing or my approach, nor has it changed since I bought the game. Might want to create a thread here so the admins can address this for you tgctours.proboards.com/board/76/fair-play-assistance

Really hoping to hear soon because I am not going to continue to play until I know this won't happen again. I use a stock PS controller and do not flick so I really am at a loss as to why this happened.

Good luck to everyone this week. I need to take a little step back from the game, this whole fair play/controller issue has me a little too heated to try and get through an event. Not sure I can play a round going forward without wondering if I will get pulled, and that is a shame. I guess my controller was just too hot to handle last week and it needs to cool off for a bit . Have fun and be careful out there!

My other 2 controllers are back-ups because my dog has chewed the sticks up (damn pup), so I do not have another one to use. My first two rounds last week were fine, then four days later, apparently my controller became bad......I just don't know my man.

That may help speed it up as well.

At least, just to know if the problem has been with your "normal" swing or with putt. In any case i fully understand your frustration. And I have to admit that, although when I play I can see that my line is never really straight (how it was whit the cheap controller I started to play with, being obviously axed after my first round before to buy this one i use from that moment), I always have the slight fear to receive that mail. Above all cause, exactly like you, I really couldn't have a single idea about how to solve an eventual issue..if not buying another controller. It would be..really annoying. Anyway..try to ask. Jeff (smiling goats) will be super supportive as always and who knows..maybe is all solvable.. Good luck..really

I'm surprised that I'm still here after finishing last week on -5 and picking up 2 demotion marks from the previous week. I was sitting at 155th on Sunday morning with a few around me still to play, but it looked like a lot of them had had enough of the course and didn't finish, resulting in a 145th place finish.
I've switched to Pro clubs for the good of my Dirtbags team and I'm currently sitting at -13 through 2.

I took a break from the forum yesterday afternoon as I was a little frustrated over everything. As with all things, time away certainly calms the nerves haha! I made my case to the admins, honestly thinking that it wasn't that big of an issue and they would, not necessarily reverse the decision, but be more understanding of what I was bringing up. I was told the data says what it says, it must be your controller, I almost failed it in week one (but didn't apparently, nor have I ever failed a test) and did fail a round in week 2. I realize that it doesn't trigger a fair play until all four rounds are submitted, but it was my 3rd round that failed the test. So I played 2 rounds at the beginning of the week and pass, wait 3 days, play my 3rd round and fail, then play the next morning and pass. It's hard for me to take, "it must be your controller" at face value and has made me lose a little faith in the system. I also had a few comments from an admin that didn't sit very well. Essentially, since I didn't agree on the controller, that I must be either cheating or lying, so it is what it is. I'm moving on and won't bug the admins about it anymore but I am very curious to see where this goes going forward.
