Hey guys, What are the lighting bolts that are given to the top 10 or 12 in a flight ? I can't seem to find anything about them. Thanks...

If you mean something else, then sorry if I confused you.

I see plenty of lightning bolts where I work. Maybe some type of "fast-tracked" thing? Bob's answer is a better one than mine.

No, Its not the regular promotion/demotion marks. These are between your score and scorecard on the flight leaderboard. It's a big green lighting bolt. Not the little red or green circles.

Green lightning bolts are showing those who were "fast tracked" w/out needing 5 promo marks. It's based on a formula that takes into account the scoring of the entire flight - if you shoot well enough you can move up and out of CC-Am fairly quickly.
