I’m quite capable of making the earth move, so I’m told... Yeah, thats true I guess, I've seen ur PW Divots Regardless of the obvious sexual tension that will exist over the next 72 holes that we journey on together, I'm confident that I can put that out of my mind, and together, we can be fantastic Coca-Cola Champs! I must add that, whatever I ask you to do, no matter how degrading it may seem at the time, just remember your 10% This is very important for my momentum.** Don't forget the straight flick / wonky shot, chip in, lucky bounce, magnetic putt.exe**

I'm not just saying this because I may well miss it (much)
but isn't a cut @ 15 for a 50 man field a bit weird?

I don’t think there is a cut is there? I played the first two. -10 & -6. Meh. Caught the fairway rough patch on 18 in r2 which was extra disappointing as I was on the tee absolutely sure I was going to turn my -6 into a more respectable -7 or -8. 66% fairway - ideal. No grand illusions of competing at the top here, just happy to have my name on the registered list and trying not to choke it away.

"August 19th (remaining eligible registered) •cut at Top 15+ ties • Winner takes tour title and trophy card •all players that make cut on European Tour and Web.com Tour will be promoted up one tour for Season 6"
I got it with the previous events as you're trying to cut the field down for the next event, but that's not the case here

Yeah, odd. There isn’t one in the real event. Oh well.

Not when it saves Doyley 5 minutes of time.

-23 at the cut for me. Only 3 off the ps4 lead so I'm hoping that's enough to make it to the weekend. Good time to go on a hot streak. Will be cut watching all week. Good luck to everyone yet to play

I'd be really surprised if my -20 makes it into the top 15, so that's all for me, folks. I actually hit it tee-to-green as well as I have in a while - mostly in round 1, nailed some yardages spot-on with slight loft (all I can manage if I want to hit it straight) and working the ball with/against the wind into some tucked pins - but just missed too many make-able putts. Round 2 was brutal on the greens, probably rolled the ball over the edge of the cup on just about every 1st putt for a stretch of 8 or 9 holes (at least that's what it felt like), and again just overall didn't putt well enough. Anyway, it's been an...interesting season for the group as a whole, and for me personally, one that saw more success than I could have imagined. Almost all of that come early in the year, but that mirrors what happened last year on the WT. I think I tend to pick up on a few of the smaller nuances of gameplay that can make the difference between being streaky vs consistent quicker than some (maybe?), or at least seem to have gotten comfortable with these past 2 new games a bit quicker than others (mostly due to tempo, probably, which has always felt pretty natural since day 1 of TGC2). After enough time, though, everyone else eventually picks up on some of those things and that advantage goes away, leaving me to return to my standard upper-mid-pack finishing position, save a few top 10's here and there if the flatstick gets hot. If nothing else, it was a pretty entertaining season. Can't say it was my outright favorite, but that's just how things go. Best of luck to those who make the top 15, and see everyone at the start of next season for another year of flick'in good times!

Just had one of those rounds that exposes my game and convinces me I need to do much better and think differently in higher winds. Played round 2 and got nothing at all close to the pin. And every putt looked makeable only through luck. Just a tough time to play like this...and all while hitting the ball really straight. -4 wont cut it out here and I doubt -17 after two makes the cut.
Came a long way this year and ready for the new season to start. Good luck fellas!

Just had one of those rounds that exposes my game and convinces me I need to do much better and think differently in higher winds. This is something I am going to be trying to improve on during the break too. Once the wind bar goes past halfway something unpleasant happens to me..
Even this week I shot 64 in Round 2 - came away and thought "it's not the best, but that was tough, -19 might just sneak in" then came to this thread and quickly realised it had no chance such are the scores others are putting up.
I am kind of the opposite of B.Smooth13 - seriously struggled at the beginning with both TGC2 & 2019 (so much with 2019 that I threw a hissy fit and quit for 3 months ) and eventually found something.
With TGC2 I had found what I felt was my maximum within 9-10 months and had some success.
With 2019 either my maximum is of a far lower level or it's just taking a bit longer to find. Guess we'll find out in September/October - it won't be for the lack of trying that's for sure.

I was the same. TGC 2 was simply too difficult for me and I quit for a bit too. But this version I’ve found something and just need to get my maths straight. 😉. And like you, I’ll give it effort. Glad you also figured it out pal. ps...played along side Sweeney’s ghost in round 2 and the old master may be finding it too.
