Definitely a thinking man's course this one.... with a few daft putts thrown in for good measure (had one in R2 where I maxed out backswing and follow through and still couldn't get it up to the hole - but since it was under 100ft I had no choice)
I unfortunately had a few brain farts in round 1 (and also a power cut mid shot during the back nine which didn't help concentration!), and ended with a poor -7.
Played solid in R2 for -12 and a -19 total at the cut - which I think might be just about good enough.

-9 -13 -7
-29 after three.
1st round was soso. Scored better than I played.
2nd round was really good.
3rd round: made no bogey but couldn't get anything going until around the 13th hole. Had three closing birdies to finish with a somewhat respectable round.
-22 should be good enough to make the cut. Need a last round in double figures under par to challenge for a spot in the Top 30.

Was going ok in R3 until 17 - made a few adjustments to loft etc to get it right, hit a perfect shot, only to hear John tell me I was still hitting 3 iron (5i intended) Airmailed the green, bounced about 100 times down the hill, through the raging stream, pinballed down among the rocks for a while and eventually got told I was OOB. Lost the plot and did a virtual 'Sergio' - ie dug up the greens/bunkers in R4 Terrible

59-64-58-60 - 47 under total.
Most eventful four rounds i can remember having.
In the plus column - a pitch in Eagle, an Albatross and nearly another one (Tap in Eagle after a Driver off the deck)
In the minus column - a ball off the cliff (Double Bogey), a four putt (Pin @ 16 in Round 3 is a bit silly, but i executed the hole awfully), a missed four footer.
I was just trolled in Round 2 - fast downswings galore & ended up in some seemingly impossible positions on the greens with balls sticking where they should never stick.
Other rounds were generally really good but i just tossed in some really bad errors. Round 3 was a 55 i turned into a 58 through carelessness.
Big improvement on last week though, and enjoyed the course. Really challenged you to plan your approaches which is always fun.
Winner Mid -50's which actually felt in reach to me which is a rare thing. Good luck all. See you at rob4590 's hellhole next week

I wanted to finish with a round in double digits under par... and I did just that with a - 11.
-40 overall. Again one substandard round - just cannot do that on the PGA Tour. But still probably my best tournament since moving up.

An interesting course which definitely makes one have to think about different options for sure.

In at -57 with rounds of -15, -18, -12 and -12.
Really had it going rounds 1 and 2. The latter two rounds weren't very good though and will probably cost me the W.
-60+ is certainly in play for a lot of elite players who haven't teed off yet.
Enjoyed the course and the elevation changes. It has a different look which is always welcome by me.
Only 1 chip in which is awful. No bogeys however, but missed a couple 7 footers which certainly felt like bogeys.
During last tournaments trainwreck by me it felt like every putt I had was a downhill slide piece...this week it was the exact opposite. Many uphill putts. Putting overall was real hit or miss from long range but I don't think I missed a putt under 12 feet other than the 2 short ones; so I guess I can't complain too much.
Anyways, really looking forward to next weeks course and good luck to all those still to play!

-3, E
At least next weeks will be my last for the season, someone else can prop up the leaderboard after that.

-34 thru 3 for me. Too hard to stay away from this place/game. I quit with the clicking. Go all by feel now. Not sure how I "feel" about it. Quite a few stupid mistakes compounded by my inability to try and fix the problem. I had a few approaches that were almost shanks but me line was semi-straight? Those led to some LOL's. Not even mad about it. Controller might be busted. Who knows/cares? My goal is to get -6 in the 4th and -40 total. Baby steps. Bring on the playoffs!

Opened with a tame -7... was watching the non-contest between McIlroy & Koepka while playing - and McIlroy's play rubbed off on me....
Really stunning looking course this week - the planting alone must have taken a small lifetime. And beautiful sculpting.... giving plenty of opportunities to think your way around the course.
The course didn't like me back nearly as much as I liked it - but nonetheless looking forward to my 2nd visit tonight.

Practiced my last 2 rounds and -12 and -14. Went straight into R1 and birdied the first 2, then new born baby distractions kicked in. Should’ve stacked it. Carried on and shot -3... missed cut.
Shame. I really like the course. I’ll actually play all 4, just because.
GL all.
