Hole 1 Äußerlich (Outward) The course opens with a par 4 which will give you a choice of going with driver off the tee, which may bring the bunkers into play but leave an easier approach to the green. Hole 2 Alstadter Platz (Old town square) At 185 yards from the tips the par 3 2nd has a 20ft drop to the green, so clubbing down and lofting your tee shot is advised. The hole is named after the town square which was originally the heart of Munich in 1158. Hole 3 Goldener Löwe (Golden Lion) This 436 yard par 4 will challenge the player to take a riskier drive for a wedge or a pitch to the slightly elevated green. Hole 4 Eisbach (Ice Brook) The first par 5 takes you downhill towards Kleinhesseloher Lake and is named after the ice brook that runs parallel to the hole. The emphasis is put onto the approach shot, the bunker at the front of the green can catch any misjudged shots Hole 5 Aufstieg und Fall (Rise and Fall) The tee shot is slightly uphill and a shot that finds the top of the hill will give the player a shorter downhill but still tricky shot. Hole 6 Höheres Grün (Higher Green) At 224 yards the 6th is the longest par 3 and the large bunker at the front will make sticking the green your priority. Hole 7 Kleinhesseloher See (Kleinhesseloher Lake) The 7th's fairway runs along the lakeside and with a brook to be carried on the approach. With rocks sitting on the hill at the front of the green any short approaches may lead to a unpredictable lie for your next shot. Hole 8 Lange Steigung (Long Climb) The first fairway is split by trees and may cause trouble for any wayward shots. Depending on the pin set the second uphill shot could lead to a good chance of eagle. Hole 9 Riskaner Abstieg (Risky Descent) Ambitious players may want to go for the green in one on this downhill par 4 in the right conditions. Be warned though any shot drifting to the right may find the water.

Hole 10 Blau und Weiß(Blue and White) There's options off the tee on this long par 4, a precise shot left may gain a few yards although playing right may be the safest bet. Hole 11 Über Bach (Over Brook) The shortest of the par 3's this hole's main defence is the small sloping green. Hole 12 Silberschuss (Silver Shot) A well judged tee shot to avoid the fairway bunkers can leave you with a short iron approach. The turn of the fairway at the landing area may discourage a struggling player from using driver. Hole 13 Rumfordhaus (Rumford House) The first fairway is pinched at driving distance and although a tailwind might carry over the trouble water awaits for longer shots. Rumfordhaus can be seen at the back of the green. Hole 14 Zwei Routen (Two Routes) As the name suggests this hole has two routes, the best route may depend on the conditions during your round. You could hit driver off the tee to carry the water and land on the left fairway, or just club down and stay on the right. Regardless of what you choose the brook that runs through the hole will come into play on your approach. Hole 15 Rote Säule (Red Column) This par 3 is a shade over 200 yards from the tips with a tricky elevated green that won't hold shots that come up short. The hole is named after the colourful trees that make up the backdrop for the green. Hole 16 Steinstufen (Stone Steps) The 16th is another hole that the conditions will decide how players tackle the hole. The brook cuts through the two fairways around about driver range, it's up to the player if they think they can carry it. The Stone Steps behind the green is where you'll find the golf aficionados discussing template holes, pothole bunkers, rough lengths and the like. Hole 17 Chinesischer Turm (Chinese Tower) Coming in at 486 yards from the black tees the fairway takes a sharp turn around 300 yards. The trees on the left may be cleared by a good drive which can leave a more favourable approach. The hole is named after the Chinese Tower which is surrounded by a shaded beer garden, perfect for those who want to relax and sample what Munich has to offer. Hole 18 Letztes Loch (Last Hole) The last hole has a fairway the winds between two bunkers which may put off less accurate players. The elevated green is placed behind a group of bunkers ready to receive any shots that come up short. When your round is complete you can make your way back down to the clubhouse situated halfway up the 18th hole.

Thanks for the play through video and comments about the course gdog. I took out a lot of the red trees on the course because I think they are too bright. It's good to watch a better player than myself take on the course as it gives me an idea of what I can focus on for future courses. Also I'm glad you noticed the Chinese tower and beer garden at the back of the 17th as well as the boat shop on the 4th. I'm hoping the rest of the entrants will bring out enjoyable courses for all of us to play.

Adding a bit more strategy to future designs is something I can look into doing.

I forgot to try and clarify the pronunciation of the name, I'd suggest it sounds like Buyer Fisher with a R in place of the F. It's translation into English is Bavarian Golf Course but I like the sound of the German language so much I named every hole.

If you happen to watch rhin04life VOD you will see one of the craziest eagles ever by demonondalinks.....its somewhere between holes 9-12.
