Welcome to Stony Point GC  Mulligan Point GC

I will be porting this course to 2K21 - just giving it a fresh coat of paint and a new name to go along with my Mulligan series courses.  Overall the same bones as the original - but cleaned up to include some of the things I've learned since first doing this course.  I will post again here once I'm finished.

This course was designed for the TGCTours Challenge Circuit Championship Design Contest 2019 (TGCTCCCDC19)



With the CC tours in mind, this course features 3 tee positions – Black, White, and Red. The Black tees (the tips) come in at just under 6750 yards and should provide a fun experience for either the CC-Pro or CC-Am divisions. Please note that just because the course was designed for CC – doesn’t mean that it has no challenge. There are plenty of elevation changes for approach shots that could leave you in some trouble if you don’t hit the fairways. There are also plenty of scoring opportunities as the course features 5 par 3’s and 5 par 5’s.

There are a few greens with some tiers and some that have some hills, but for the most part the greens are tame.



For the Competition Judges:

Course Settings:

TEES: Black

Greens: DEF is Med.Fast – you can choose M->VF (I designed at 187 and then toned down the speed for Default)

Green Firmness: DEF is Firm – you can choose S->VF

Terrain: Default is Firm – but you can go anywhere from S -> VF

Wind: DEF wind I believe is M - If you want more challenge when judging/playing, you can use High or Very High wind with Default direction

Other: Default



Required Elements included in this course: (only 3 were required)



1 Driveable Par 4 – Hole: 3 NOTE: This may not be driveable with H or VH

3 Par 4’s under 400yds – Holes: 1, 3, 11 - JUDGE

2 Holes with NO Bunkers – Holes: 2, 6, 8, 12, 16, 17 - JUDGE 8 and 16

1 Blind Tee Shot – I believe I accomplish this with holes 7 and 15

1 Template Green complex (Punch Bowl) – Hole 6

5 Par 5’s – Holes 4, 8, 10, 12, 16

5 par 3’s – Holes 2, 6, 13, 15, 17

1 Hole with elevation >= 125ft – Hole: 1 - JUDGE

Yardage <= 6750yds (contest tees)

I updated my OP, I picked 3 requirements that actually deal with holes. I technically meet one requirement for total yardage under 6750, but figured it would be better to get judged on an actual hole. I assume any bonus will only be determined for the elements actually judged, and not just because we had moe than the requirement.
