It is a weekly thing, but tonight is a no go as I have to take my wife to an appointment and Matt has some conflicts as well. Will try to reschedule this week sometime.

I'm shocked!!! (in dumpster fire voice)
NOTE - it's good you remember your wife's appointments - don't want to see you lose another twitch argument!

So, Matt is going to take the show over (hopefully) going forward. Not like I contributed much to the first episode anyway. I wouldn't have been able to be on tonight anyway.
Yes, Canuck quits yet another thing before it gets started. Ha ha. I get it. I fully realize this has become a habit and I come off as flaky, but I really don't care. My life priorities are shifting.
I'm either 100% committed to something or my heart isn't in it and I'm not interested. As I see a significant life change approaching in the very near future, it's silly to think I can commit to a weekly Twitch show. I don't like being there some weeks and not others. I'd rather just not be there at all.
Matt is going to make the show awesome as he has the wit and knowledge to pull something like this off. I'll be there to watch when I can.

Crazycanuck1985 The only thing I disagree with there is that you did add a lot to that first episode. Hoping you’ll be back as a guest some point. Totally understand where you are coming from with this and I know lots of others will. Having just been through the first year with our first, it does change things and you are right that nothing is more important. You will love every minute of it and rightly spend less time here - that’s cool and we all get it and support that. In terms of the flaky thing, as I mentioned on stream the other day, I think lots of it is just because people (myself included) are amazed at how good some of the designs you throw away are. But as you’ve always said, design, do these shows etc for enjoyment. We all appreciate all the stuff you have done for the community - enjoy some time as a family 🙂.

Completely understand Andre. You’ll have a kiddo, and as wonderful and amazing it is to start a family and have children, it also takes up a lot of time.

mattf27 - Having thought long and hard about it, let me offer you Fairview Links to roast. All done chronologically and hole one was literally the first thing I ever did in the designer. There’s some good but it is mostly utter trash - enjoy the wealth of material.

Some of the best bonding with your new baby is plopping them on your shoulder with a spit up towel and playing your game. I did just that with my son back in the day and he slept the entire time. Such a good boy! He KNEW daddy needed to give the Undertaker the Stonr Cold Stunner!!...haha! Congrats!!

There’s some good but it is mostly utter trash - enjoy the wealth of material. Well, thanks for offering it up! While I don't think this show will have a regular schedule going forward (at least for now), it's always good to have a couple courses in reserve so that we can still do shows now and again. I've got my first one I've been keeping in reserve, but I'd have to install TGC1 on my desktop to make that happen, so it'd require a little planning.

The moment this show gets some planning, it will have lost it's charm. Half the fun is watching you take until the tenth before you work out what's going on. Last episode was a true gem so the more like that, the better, whenever they happen.

Dear Matt, Jeremy, Dan and viewers,
I can only apologise for the dumpster fire of a course that you had to watch/play. As you rightly pointed out, somebody has to get to the 18th tee first so that they can put those poor souls crossing the bridge out of their misery. Sadly, today, that was you. As a now-humbled acolyte of the Matt F Dojo, I have been confronted with a few hard truths:
- Not all bunkers were meant to be chipped out of - Making fairways that start 260 yards from the tee is not cool - Every tree needs a friend. Unless there are seven of them on a peninsula and they are all evenly spaced. - Just because you can multi-plant gorse bushes, it doesn't mean you should. - Try not to contour greens like a 2 year old using their Etch-a-Sketch for the first time. - Transitions matter. And there's a sculpting tool. Use it.
It's been a hard few months, but some of these lessons are starting to sink in. Again, my apologies for submitting you elite designers to this train-wreck.
P.S. Dan, your line about fair being the worst grade attainable really made me chuckle.
