An email has been sent to all active PGA Tour members - but is directed to those of you struggling to make cuts but not accruing enough demotion marks to move down. I'm giving you the opportunity to voluntary demote to the European Tour for the start of Week 36. We'll use Promo Event #4 to back-fill any requests that are approved. To qualify: - majority of your Tourney Differentials chart is below 0 (chart found on your Player Profile/Overview)
- Miss more cuts than you make
- no top 20's in full PGA fields
If you check off these three boxes (or are fairly close on a couple of them) you can apply to be demoted and I'll have a look. To request a demotion - reply to the email (or email commish@tgctours.com) stating your intention to demote to the European Tour.Deadline to request demotion: June 30th

Definitely not asking for me, but because I am not blind.

I certainly meet the criteria, but haven't decided if I want to keep trying to make a cut or admit failure and move down.

I thought this started this week. I'm not scouring the forums as precisely as I should be. The Euro event started later than usual this week, so I started to play the PGA event (instead), without too much care or attention. Another missed cut for me!

Hey Doyley I'm not looking for a voluntary demotion, but was just wondering what happens to those that don't make the Fed Ex playoffs? Do they go down to Euro and have to play in the last 3 events to reclaim their card or was that just a season 1 or 2 thing if I remember correctly? Thanks

Thanks Still working out playoff situations - last season everyone got in initial FedEx...once you didn't qualify for the smaller events your season was over. With Tim being super busy, we're likely going to have to go with a streamlined playoff system.
