Overall, -26 (-7 -8 -5 -6) and hopefully a 48th place finish along with a Happy Gilmore oversized check for $3.50. Currently 48th place. Need no one else to play so I can win both showcases.

Buckle your frickin' seatbelts for this one.
So as usual I needed a ridiculous score to get into the top 10, specifically a -24 over 2 rounds to be sure (although a -22 would get me into the top 10, at T-10, with one or two players within striking distance). After a bit of a false start where the game told me my connection had been lost while lining up my second shot and I actually had to re-hit my drive, I started the 3rd round with 4 straight birdies before not quite getting up the hill in front of the pin on 5. Actually hit the pin on my chip but it had a bit too much on it and I had to tap in for par. Burned the edge on my birdie putt on 6. Shanked my second shot on 7 which ended up on the lip of the bunker with my feet WAY below the ball and a crappy lie to boot but hit a nice shot out of there to 14 feet and sank the birdie. Sank a 13 foot birdie on 8 too. Slow downswing off the tee on 9 into the heavy rough just short of the bunker, but another good shot put me to 11 feet and I birdied that too, to go -7 on the front 9. Was on pace at that point but that was about as good as things got for that round. Tenth hole I missed the green left yet again with a fast downswing and sent my putt 22 feet long, and missed the par. Birdied 11 but put my drive in the sand on 12 and parred. Birdied 13, parred 14, then had a fast downswing on 15 and put my tee shot way long on the upper tier of the green, which means my second putt automatically rolled off the front and I parred. Had a brutal lip-out on an 11 foot birdie on 16, then pulled my tee shot on 17 left and parred. Pulled my second shot on 18 left into the bunker and missed the 14 foot birdie, going -1 on the back 9 and finishing at -8. Fourth round, birdied 1, then put my tee shot long on 2 which again was basically an automatic 3-putt with the first putt going off the front, this time for bogey. Birdied 3 then barely failed to get up the hill in front of the pin on 4 and was rewarded with a 59 footer for that. Birdied the next 4 with 3 putts from 13-15 feet and a tough 21 footer on 8. I then had a very slow downswing on my approach on 9, leaving me with a 58 foot putt that broke about 5 ways - which I sank. Unfortunately I left my tee shot short on 10 and had an excruciatingly close chip which curled around the hole and left me with a 5 inch tap-in from the opposite side of the cup. Birdied the next 5 holes, missing the eagle on 15 by less than a foot, then somehow sank a double breaking downhill 25 footer for birdie on 16. Followed that with yet another birdie on 17. So, after being -22 with 14 holes left and needing to go -13 on those holes, I had reeled off birdies on 12 of 13 holes leading into the 18th, a par 5 which I only needed to birdie to at least make it into the top 10 pending a few scores coming in from players in the mid-to-low -20s. Fast downswing off the tee but I held on the left side of the fairway which is a fine place to be. Slow downswing on my second shot but I'd aimed too far left so it worked and I ended up on the correct tier of the green, albeit with a 36 footer. I aimed a bit too low and put the pressure on myself by giving myself a 13 footer for birdie with a pretty inconsistent break, but I drained it to finish with birdies on 13 of the last 14 holes, a 56 (!!!!!) for the final round (the best score for the 4th round in the field by a whopping 3 shots and tied for the best round of the entire tournament), and pending a couple more scores that will be coming in, likely a top 10 spot. If I'd putted in the first two rounds like I did in the last 2 I'd be top 3 for sure.
So... that just happened.
