Paging friendBOMBERArchitect Jay Blasi had some cool ideas for the "Pebble is good but it could be GREAT" crowd (of which I am definitely a part) and I was wondering if you guys had any thoughts on this thread, where he explains his ideas, and if FriendBomber or someone else would be able to render this in the designer so we could see what it might look like.

I don't like mixing my personal tweets with my golf architecture nerd tweets, but can we discuss how Pebble has 2 miles of coastline and gets 9 holes at or on the ocean, and Links at Spanish Bay has like 0.8 miles of coastline and gets 8?

9-12 look incredible, but not as big a fan of the new 13 and 14. I would leave 14 as is currently, and squeeze a par 3 that might have a reverse redan type playstyle in the hillside between the new 11 and 12, taking out the short tee on new 12 to have the tee boxes for this par 3. The tee boxes for the new 12 (now 13) would be moved up or moved across the road towards new 9 for space of this new par 3.

Certainly an interesting idea!
