Hi All,
Working on a West Coast U.S. golf course. When I import the LiDAR game file, true north is correct, but the 2019 Theme has the ocean on the east.
I can shift the LiDAR file by 180 degrees so that the alignment with the theme has the ocean on the west, but looking north will actually be south on the 2019 designer compass.
So my question is - is there a way to rotate the theme and keep the LiDAR file at true north - OR- do I just do shift the LiDAR file by 180 degrees, which is kind of a bandaid solution?
Thanks Much, C.A. Designer of Ballyowen Golf Club

No, the backdrops can’t be rotated, so something has to be not realistic. Your best bet is probably to rotate the course 180 in the tools. Your sun will rise in the West and set in the east, but it’s “something”.
I think your sun angle will be off too depending on the hemisphere. Let me know if you want me to fix the sun angle when you’re all done with the course.
